Just finished the staycation at grand serela setiabudhi , and honestly... it's one of the best experiences! From the start of check-in to check-out, everything was smooth.
The most effective, the service here is truly friendly and helpful. Thank you so much to Nabila dara for always helping us whatever we need. From birthday cake to the little things that make the holidays more comfortable.
The room is clean, smelly, and the view is great for healing. Thanks for the help, the breakfast is also good. Anyway, his vibes are suitable for family, couple, or just me-time.

I went to the Serena Hotel for one night in May. The reservation was made by a friend.
When you arrive the bell boy took my suitcases very helpful.
The reception was good.
But there we come to the room.....
A big surprise the room was not at all what I expected for a **** Hotel.
To begin the carpet many stains the first thing you see when you walk in the room. When I uncovered the bed I found hair with sheets not clean. Maybe they forgot to change the bed....or forgot to check....
So, I called the reception and the answer was there were no housekeeping and sheets for the moment. They never came do to the room.
My experience with this hotel was not what I expected compared to the *** SIDJI Hotel in Pekalongan where I am staying for a few months where everything is perfectly clean.

The places are so good to stay , cozy , calming everything in here are so good , i think I found the right place to stay , the food and bed everything make me comfort in bandung , I hope I can back stay on grand serela setiabudi bandung , and one more thank you mrs Elvia
Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay.

Decent hotel and good standards. Came here for a business trips for 6 nights. The location is near to where i should go for 5 days. Also, i can go anywhere near ciumbeleuit and dago to go to nearby coffee shops or mall. The breakfasts are great, it is good to be here.
My partner and I enjoyed the moment both of us here. It is very beautiful and the atmosphere is also great. We are so enjoying the moment here, if you guys are hesitant to come here check out and read my review. The service is also very good, the food is all delicious and suits my taste

The condition of the facilities are disappointing. Especially the air condition. It seem there is no good maintenance.

very unproper property to stay. won't consider this hotel at any cost for future visit to Bandung. there were many bugs on the bed! dusty bed, not even to mention dirty carpets, smelly rooms, dirty bathroom, ants, cockroach. i don't have any idea how they maintain their room.
The staff is great on this property, they are very helpful, and they have two great elevators. Thank you Rossa she's very helpful.
There are so many things that I don't like, if I wrote all of this no one will stay on this property. I stayed on this property for 4 nights. I do not have any option because all of the hotels in Bandung were full.
Breakfast is very low for people who come from the outside there's no Western food on the breakfast.
The room is not cleaned well, and the towel they provide us to it's dirty.
And the room is not sound proof.
