Pros:

The staff were amazing, helpful beyond any expectations we had. Great advice for destinations to see, bookings with GRAB, even dropping us to our wedding venue on their motorcycles. The food was delicious, great Bali coffee too

Cons:

The shower drain seemed clogged. Water drained away very slowly so the shower recess became a shallow pool

Pros:

Супер приятный персонал, очень угодливые, доброжелательные. Номер чистый, уборку делают каждый день. Расположение тихое, по утрам слышно, как поют петухи. Красивая территория, хороший бассейн.
Завтраки на выбор 5 вариантов, все очень вкусно.

Cons:

SPA не рекомендую, комната оборудована слабо. Просто приезжает мастер на час со своим набором масел, масок и пр.

We had a very pleasant and relaxing stay at The Mudru Resort during our recent trip to Bali in March. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, helpful, and genuinely accommodating, which made our stay feel easy and stress‑free. The resort has great amenities, including a well‑sized pool that was perfect for relaxing. The vegetarian options at the hotel restaurant was consistently good, and we appreciated the flexibility shown by the team. They kindly helped organised a late‑night airport pickup just before a public holiday(Nyepi). We enjoyed the hotel facilities on Nyepi day where Guests must stay within their accommodation premises. The team went above and beyond by preparing an unusually late breakfast service, as we had a tour departing at 3 am and so had a very late breakfast thereafter upon our return. The overall atmosphere was calm and comfortable, making it a great place to unwind after busy days exploring Bali. A special thank you to the wonderful staff who made our stay even better: Dion (Chef), Jun, Eka, Bagas, Rai, and Nada — everyone was welcoming, attentive, and always happy to help. We would happily stay at The Mudru Resort again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and friendly place to stay in Bali.
Location : quiet, walking distance to 3 Tropical waterfalls and lush greenery forest views, comfortable hiking trails

Cons:

Location : Not walking distance to Ubud restaurants and shopping.

Exactly like pictures but not really a peaceful resort.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the same day laundry service was great especially Hada.

Helpful with luggage bringing up all the stairs.

Cons:

Not really peaceful. The toilet, fridge & AC are very loud, there is not proper soundproofing in the rooms so you can hear everything when any movement is made. Your room is directly facing the pool so you will be able to hear if people are using it.

One of friend’s rooms was left with damp sheets and it was blamed on the ac.

If there is a thunderstorm the whole room moves.

For a “peaceful “resort I do not believe kids should be allowed as this disturbs other guests.

A lot of stairs so not really accessible.
