With better management and investment, this hotel could be incredible. Sadly won’t be returning.
Pros:

The location and views are incredible. A great selection of private and secluded sun bed areas and access to the sea. This was once the jewel of Kalkan.

Cons:

The hotel is extremely dated with an apparent lack of investment. Room air con, mini fridge didn’t really work, plug socket hanging out the wall. Breakfast was very limited, extremely basic, and very poor standard-although it is the best breakfast location. Staff seemed intense and a little unpleasant and barely any spoke English-which is unusual for an international tourist resort. 1 selection of juice, coffee was weak, milk was UHT. Fruit choice melon and melon. Hot buffet food=freezing chips, although you could ask for a bland fried egg or omelette. Bread was fresh, as was the salad. Lunch restaurant food was overpriced but decent standard with better staff.

Pros:

The location/view exceptional and communal spaces excellent - great access to pools and sea. We were a family of 6 with 4 older teens.

Cons:

The service was mixed. Great at times or really lacking. Rooms especially the bathrooms were very dated. Showers /air con temperamental. Aside from first day no drinking water provided in rooms even though you can’t drink from tap, no room service and lots of steps to walk up in extreme heat. We were disappointed at the charges for the water taxi which we had assumed would be complimentary as many beach clubs are in kalkan. As we were a family of 6 with a charge per person it meant taxi by road was way cheaper. At breakfast the staff would not move or let us move a table across so that we could eat as a family together. Despite asking reception who said they would sort it out this never happened. So we were unable to eat together over the week despite there being plenty of room.

Perfect but would’ve liked some WiFi in the rooms.
Pros:

Pool and location were excellent. Shower was a little small, but the cleanliness of the hotel was fantastic and the room was very spacious.

Cons:

No WiFi in the rooms meaning data can be wasted. However, the site is large so it’s understandable they can’t source WiFi for rooms across the entire plot of land.

Очень красивый отель, я очень рада, что в нем побывала - но больше не вернусь.
Pros:

Потрясающая природа, дизайн и территория, а также потрясающие сотрудники ресепшн - решали все вопросы, спасибо им огромное!

Cons:

Когда я заселилась в номер, то почувствовала удушливый запах химического средства, который не уходил после проветривания. Я решила смочить салфетку водой и протереть пол, так как подумала, что пахнет средством для мытья пола. В итоге я обнаружила, что весь пол усыпан длинными волосами, и его не убрали перед моим приездом. В итоге я израсходовала 2 рулона туалетной бумаги, чтобы вымыть пол, а также убрать противные пятна с абажуров ламп и стен. Так что если вы любите чистые номера без следов жизнедеятельности других гостей, велком в 612 - он убран русской женщиной. Также при заселении в номере не было полотенец - принесли по звонку. А вечером перед тем, как ложиться спать, я заметила, что на 2 подушках из 4 не были заменены наволочки - на них были волосы и следы губной помады. И по замене подушек пришлось звонить 2 раза. Сотрудник нехотя пришел с чистыми наволочками, но они оказались грязными, и пришлось ждать.

Отель супер, классный пляж, было мало людей и красивый вид
Чистый и уютный номер)
До центра пешком далеко и не очень удобно идти, но на такси минут 7 до всех важных точек

Cons:

Завтрак был скудноват и в кафе очень спорная еда, лучше на ужин кататься в центр
Это будет вкуснее и выгоднее по цене, если ужин не включен у вас

Невероятно красивое место. Комплекс из множества зданий, как средневековый замок. Свой пляж. За доп плату на катере возят в центр.

Cons:

Далековато от центра, добираться либо на такси за 250 лир, либо на катере за 200 лир

отличный отель, номера красивые, кому то покажется, что требуют ремонта, но нам это не критично, и на самом деле они как будто ретро) сам отель и территория просто шикарные. И стоит он не дорого, соотношение цена и то что там получаешь- отличные. Территоия просто невероятная) огромная, ухоженная, очень красивое море прям в отеле) очень много лежаков и спусков, 2 бассейна. Честно, я не хотела уезжать. Мы теперь сюда будем постоянно ездить. Этот отель - просто рай для эстетов)

Beautiful room with ocean view. Wonderful haman, spa, Turkish bath, massages. Great staff. Shuttle service.nice variety at the breakfast buffet. Great customer service and versitile hard working staff. Beatiful deck facilities for ocean swimming area and lovely swimming pool. Lovely landscaping and architecture.

Cons:

Expensive laundry service. Limited a lunch and dinner menu. Could improve on menu variety and quality of pasta.. Would like to hear some turkish music and better music selections. Background music was like elevator music. Would have like to have live entertainment offered at night. Too many flights of stairs if you have mobility issues. Taxi is needed to go into town. Could offer on-site activities. Would like to have laundry drying rack to hang up wet clothes. Shower door need to be rehung to stop water leaking out running out all over the floor. The automated blind mechanizism didn't work. One bedside lamp didn't work.

Perfekte Lage direkt am Meer, kurzer Weg ins Zentrum der Stadt, Personal, das sich perfekt organisiert um alles kümmert. Haben direkt verlängert :-)
