We loved staying here and recommend it!
Pros:

The balcony was incredible. You don’t need a big room in Thailand if you have a big balcony with comfortable seating. The service was excellent. It was nice to have two beaches to choose from. We recommend getting to Freedom Beach early- it gets crowded in the afternoon. Nonetheless a nice crowd there. It is possible to walk to town (we did a few times), but was more fun to rent a moped!

Cons:

They need to clean the hotel grounds more. There I was always some garbage around the rooms. I was tempted to pick it up myself! Garbage is a problem everywhere in Thailand and perhaps people become blind to it. It is sad to see when the nature is so remarkable.

Niks beviel, personeel was ronduit onvriendelijk het ontbijt was heel slecht en onhygiënisch en voor zulke prijzen in Thailand verwacht je toch wel faciliteiten er waren niet eens parasols aanwezig

Pros:

I like it a lot. Amazing wiev. Breathtaking. Breakfast was simple. In scandinavia im used to more spred for my bread. There was only ham and jam. But then again the fruits was nice and so on, hot dices. One towel smell like pee and the safd told me it was my fault we did not tell them earlier, even tho we did not use it before the day after. Also wanted to charge us 500 bhat more for 20/30 minutes late check out, kind of wierd. But then again, the area was surreal. Loved it. Did not commumicate with staff that mutch. Had a own bungalo. Staff in beach bar was very nice!

Splendide !
Pros:

Séjour parfait, la vue sur la baie est magnifique. La chambre est superbe, avec une terrasse qui permet tous les soirs d’observer le coucher du soleil. La jolie plage de l’hôtel est accessible à tous, mais une large partie est réservée aux clients, nous n’avons jamais manqué de sunbeds. Le snorkeling dans la baie est à faire !

Cons:

Si on doit dire quelque chose, on dirait que la salle de bain dénote un peu avec le confort de la chambre.

Absolutely stunning location exactly on the beachfront

We got a bungalow exactly on the beach front which was stunning. Hearing the sound of the waves when waking up.

Die Lage und die Aussicht von der Unterkunft sind sehr schön. Das Hotelpersonal ist auch super nett & zuvorkommend.

Pros:

La vue incroyable sur la mer, la chambre était très grande, l'équipement était parfait ( draps de plage, les chaussons, le seche cheveux, rasoirs , etc...).
Le buffet du petit dejeuner etait très copieux et variés.
Le gentillesse du personnel qui était au petit soin

Cons:

L'environement autour de l'hôtel manque de propreté ( déchets plastique). La route pour acceder au Resort devrait être refaite.
Il manquerais quelques rangements en plus dans la chambre.

Pros:

Loved being steps up from the beach and our front porch for sunsets and loved the walkway between beaches

Cons:

Staff were not overly welcoming
And when I asked about the horrendous fire of plastics that filled the property with smoke for a whole day... They didn't respond to my messages and then when I asked at reception they said they knew nothing about the fire that was very visible and made it hard to breathe outside.

Great location but better accommodation elsewhere on Koh Tao
Pros:

Great location and the room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Compared to other resorts on Koh Tao this resort is overpriced for what it is. Also, some of the staff did not seem very happy/friendly so I suspect they are not treated well by their employer. We would not stay here again for this reason

Vue exceptionnelle
Pros:

A l'écart de l'agitation du centre, les bungalows ont une vue extraordinaire sur la plage, plusieurs restaurants très bien autour, dont celui de l’hôtel qui était très bon, contrairement à ce que disent les critiques.

Pros:

I rate my stay positively. It's a beautiful place next to a beautiful beach, the breakfast is very good, the view from the room is great, and the staff is friendly.

Cons:

only downside is the poor room acoustics; we could hear our neighbors in the room next door.

Séjour parfait!
Pros:

L’hôtel est situé parfaitement, au calme de l’île, tout en restant tres proche (10 minutes en scooter). Les plages à côté de l’hôtel sont parfaites aussi, freedom beach est le paradis du snorkeling.
