Pros:

De ontvangst was geweldig. Het personeel is supervriendelijk en gastvrij.
Het entertainment is super, met een geweldige show!
Er is ruime keuze in eten en drinken. De kwaliteit is erg goed.
Het hotel ziet er geweldig uit, tropisch en romantisch.

Cons:

De WiFi was op sommige momenten of op bepaalde locaties niet stabiel. Soms niet aanwezig.

Pros:

Good property and well managed. The reservation process could be made more transparent.

Cons:

We were waiting for our reservation to be updated and ended up spending much more time than expected on the booking confirmation. The process took over an hour, which was quite frustrating.
