Important information:

The reception is open from 9:00 to 12:00 and 17:00 to 19:00. During the summer months it is closed on Sunday afternoons and during the winter it is closed on Wednesdays and Sunday afternoons. If you plan to arrive outside of these hours, please contact the residence in advance.

For stays of under 4 nights: cleaning (except kitchen and dishes), bed linen and towels are included.

For stays between 4 to 6 nights: towels are not included and can be rented on site. Please note that an end-of-stay cleaning fee is not included in the price. You can choose to pay the fee or clean the accommodation yourself. Bed linen is included but beds are not made upon arrival.

The swimming pool is open from April until October and is heated at the beginning and the end of the season.

Given its hillside location, the estate is not recommended for people with mobility difficulties.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Cons:

Logement Etouffant.Pas de possibilité de faire des courants d aires ,logement encaissé dans une restanque sans climatisation, un chambre avec des lit superposés sans fenêtre, salle de bain avec extracteur d aire défectueux. En plus la personne de l'accueil à insisté sur le fait que tout cela était implicite et que j aurais dû mieux me renseigner et demander un logement à l étage ( sans être jamais venu avant comment savoir ce qui est bien ou pas...)

Emplacement avec possibilité d'aller à la plage à pied, piscine à débordement vue mer magnifique, parc arboré avec superbes lauriers roses, zone piétonne ((les voitures restent sur le parking à l'entrée).

Cons:

Pas de climatisation : malgré les ventilateurs, avec la canicule, chaleur étouffante dans l'appartement

Pros:

Très bien située. Plage en bas de la résidence. Pas besoin de voiture. Très belle piscine. Très bon accueil. Vue magnifique de mon appartement avec balcon.

Cons:

Salle de bain et douche, ainsi que les toilettes seraient à refaire. Wc très petit. Et une douche serait préférable dans la salle de bain.

Esterno molto sporco, abbiamo trovato biancheria sul tavolo all'ingresso e tutta sporca la zona terrazza, ci hanno detto che avrebbero rimosso la biancheria ma che fuori era sporco a causa del forte vento. Il.giorno dopo abbiamo chiesto direttamente al ragazzo gentilissimo che faceva da tuttofare se qualcuno poteva almeno pulire il tavolo da esterno sporchissimo e le 2 dita di sporco incrostato dagli infissi ed é stato molto gentile nel farlo. Il terrazzino in tutto.ció ci accorgiamo che era infestato da un formicaio, e per evitare un'ennesima lamentela che avrebbe culminato in un incazzatura abbiamo fatto finta di niente e con il sorriso abbiamo trascorso i restanti 3 giorni praticamente evitando di utilizzare il terrazzo. Sono tutte cose che si potevano notare prima del.nostro arrivo tranquillamente e che invece sono state ignorate, peccato perché potenzialmente il posto sarebbe anche carino anche se da rimodernare un po.

Pros:

L'emplacement en général et la piscine . C'est un lieu très agréable. Aussi le lit était dur mais confortable.

Cons:

Gros soucis de propreté, c'est sale. Je n'ai même pas osé marcher pieds nus dans l'appartement. Il ne doivent pas connaître le sens ou l'intérêt de la propreté.
