Nunca funcionó la caja de seguridad, lo reporte me visitó el cerrajero y me cambiaron 2 ó 3 veces la tarjeta. Nunca funcionó en 7 días. Me cambiaron de cuarto y el nuevo no tenía cable la programación de la TV sólo canales locales.

Las atracciones y el restaurante Mexicano, no se pueden ir sin comer ahí, personal amable

Cons:

La playa tenía mucho zargazo, tampoco me gustó el buffet libre, no me gustó el restaurante dominicano, creo que al hacer el check in deberían dar más información de las actividades que puedes disfrutar. Por el resto todo bien

El señor Jose Cedeño tiene un trato personalizado y amable con los clientes de Level, atento, cumple con lo que informa gestionará y siempre tiene muy buena actitud

El Señor Reynardo fue muy amable

Cons:

El personal en su mayoría fue muy informal, gritaban casi todo el tiempo, a pesar de estar en una área “exclusiva”, no se resolvían las situaciones en tiempo prudente (ej: fallas en configuración de caja fuerte que tarda días en reparar, respuesta de los carritos/transportes avisados para pasar a recoger, las puertas no tienen seguro como otros hoteles adicional que confirme que quien está dentro está totalmente cerrado y sin permitir acceso a terceros, el agua “caliente” no funcionó hasta dos días después de mi llegada al hotel, se justificaron en que no se usaba caliente por la presencia de niños - por seguridad- y entendí en ese momento, pero al llegar sábado y domingo si hubo agua caliente en las habitaciones (la mía y la de mis amigos).
El personal de limpieza pese a que cuelgas el letrero de no molestar, toca la puerta para entrar a la habitación. Los conductores de los carritos que transportan a los clientes conducen dentro del lugar, chateando por el celular… en fin
