VELARA HOTEL

This is my first time in Tashkent and I have to say that this is the best hotel I have booked so far. Crystal clean, luxury, price and very amazing helpfull and respectful staff which reflects the true nature of Uzbek people. Initially I booked it for 2 days but I have extended the stay here till my end of journey in Tashkent. Restaurants, markets and shops at the hotel door step. I 100% recommend Velara hotel for any Visitor ❤️

We love this hotel. The staff provided excellent, excellent service. They showed courtesy and respect. Not to forget all staff were very friendly and very helpful with anything you might need. I just cannot express how satisfied i am with the professional service they provided.
Front desk staff have the best disposition and the greatest customer service you can get. Manager is a very kind, respectful and friendly person..It was just a great experience staying at this hotel.

A gem indeed! The price is great, room basic and functional.

I particularly like the location -- although further away from airport, it's quite convenient. There are 2-3 groceries next to the hotel with quite many good foodstuffs eg nuts for souvenirs. A relatively large supermarket is also within walking distance. A metro station is 10 mins away on foot. The famous plov restaurant area Besh Quzon is also nearby.

Breakfast delicious. There's a gym room with many amenities beyond my expectation.

The staff here shows hospitality and care (rarely seen during my 10- day Uzbekistan trip), wrote me recommendations of restaurants and supermarkets upon my enquiries.

Polite staff

I stayed at this property for 2 nights. It was 2 different stays so I had 2 different rooms. The first room was much nicer & spacious. Both rooms were very warm upon arrival and took a long time to cool down as the A/C was not on prior. I would definitely try and reach out next time to have them turn it on prior. The second room also did not have the room service booklet which I needed. I went downstairs and saw the menu in the restaurant and ended up ordering mashed potatoes which were a bit cold and needed more butter. It was late and I had to wake up early so I did not say anything. The beds were very comfortable and the WFI worked well. The staff is lovely. The gym is big and has everything you need and more! The is a water cooler in the lobby and a bottle of water in the room for your use. I enjoyed my time and would recommend this hotel with some adjustments.

Very clean and modern, close to Shahriston metro. Staff were exceedingly helpful - visited with the manager and he went out of his way to assure i had a great stay. High marks for Velara!

It is exellent for small hotel with 3 staars, 7 minutes walking distance is metro, staff is helpfull, you just have to be ready speak twice, if they do not understand. Pool and sauna are small place, have to be booked advance, but it is clean and plesant as well

I and my family stayed at the hotel for a week. The hotel is located in Yunusabad which is close to landmarks like the Amir Temur Square, the japanese garden, TV tower, etc. Being new, the hotel is spankingly fresh and the facilities are great. We had rooms facing the TV tower, and the lit up tower is a nice view in the evenings. They serve a very decent breakfast, and there is a 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. restaurant for other meals. Staff is accommodating and pleasant.

A special mention of Jasur, Director, who helped us with the bookings and the rooms, gave us tips on the best restaurants to visit, checked train ticket availability for our travel to other cities and was a very considerate, helpful and friendly host.
Shaxjod at the front office not only acted as our interpreter whenever we needed to explain to our taxi driver where we wanted to go, but also acted as an informal travel coordinator, arranged for our transportation and managed our trip to the Chimgan mountains, and guided us to the key places within Tashkent. He is a very enthusiastic, friendly and obliging person who enriched our experience of Tashkent.

Visited velara hotel Tashkent aug 27-sep 10 Mashallah excellent service of receiption. room service, restaurant clean overall Mashallah very nice hotel to stay and very near to tv tower heart of the city and most important think is masjid is very near walkable distance Mashallah i like tht very much. It was very comfortable stay at hotel velara tashkent, all staff from manger to room service was very cooperative and nice / humble behaviour.. overall service was excellent and rooms are very clean.

Specially Mr. Dilshod the owner and front desk staff Mr. Jasur, Davron, Shahzod and Ms Severa were very friendly and helpfull.

Also resturant service staff like Mr. Akbar and Turahon were very nice and good at meal service incding breakfast.

I would recomand to anyone who are planning to visit tashkent must consider to stay at hotel velara and hopefully in future I will definetly come back to this beautiful city and will stay at same hotel.

My wife stayed at this hotel with our 3 year old son on the way to KSA from Pakistan, in order to fulfill mandatory quarantine requirements. Right from the check-in to the time they left for airport, the staff delivered excellent service. Not only they were extremely caring towards our son, when they had to do some maintenance work on ground floor, they moved the guests to spacious rooms on 3rd floor with better view of the city.
Whenever they used to come back from city tour, the staff greeted them at the door and carry the stuff/bags to the room. From housekeeping to room service, everything was perfect. We would like to specially mention Jasur, Sevara, Tora and Akbar.
Highly recommended for families.

I stay 15 nights in Velara Hotel and i got a huge support and comfort. Special Thanks to Miss Sevara, Jasur, Shakhzod, Davron, Akbar and whole Velara team.
1. Rooms are luxury and awesome with best room service i've ever got. I personally love the tea corner in my room.
2. The staff was amazing and very humble. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable.
3. I wanna say special thanks to the chief for Kazzan Kabbab and grilled beef. Tasty, healthy, yummy and hygienic.
4. Safe, peaceful and beautiful location most amazing thing is you got whole beautiful market around you on walking distance.

NOTE: I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Tashkent-Uzbekistan.

I like this hotel. Very good ambience. Staff are very decent, good housekeeping. Good service from the hotel staff. We can happily live with family.

I enjoyed the hotel stay at Velara .The hotel is located in residential area and easy access to all Tashkent location. The rooms were clean, very comfortable and hygienic. The breakfast from velara was excellant. The staff was amazing and always smile on face . local visit arrangements and guidance was excellent and special thanks to Jessur ,savera and Housekeeping team. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Tashkent.

Myself and Family stayed in the hotel since 22nd june 21 and found the hotel is very clean, Excellent front office services, Breakfast is very good, myself and family recommend to stay in velara hotel while in Tashkent.

The hotel is located centrally with easy access (walking distance) to market, cafes and Tashkent TV tower. The rooms are clean and hygienic. Hotel gym is well equipped. The staff is really amazing, always ready to help and guide. They go out of there way to get us the best experience (food, tour etc.)
