Quiet, comfortable stay outside the city with easy access to the city.
Pros:

Very clean, quaint and quiet town. Comfortable room, felt private. Private bathroom disconnected from the bedroom. Other guests did not disturb us. Host was accommodating. Room was spacious. Direct train to city center 11 minutes away on foot. Takes about 30-40 minutes to reach Munich.

Cons:

A little tricky finding the entrance.

Pros:

Quiet location, clean, big room with comfortable beds. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay.

Cons:

Only cold water in the kitchenette. Also, I would expect kitchen towels, a sharp knife, and more cutlery. A bathroom is divided from the neighbour bathroom only by part wall, so you can be heard, and when it's dark outside, your reflection can be seen in the roof window in the neighbor bathroom.

Pros:

Excellent location and responsiveness. Fine accommodations, clean, and with all needed for the stay. Not suitable for limited mobility people.

Cons:

The bathroom, although individualized, requires walking out of the room to the door next to it.
