Buen alojamiento práctico.

Pros:

Me encanto quedarme aquí, muy amable y atento Marcelo. Muy limpio y ordenado todo, cómodo, tranquilo el lugar para ser céntrico y tiene lugares para comer muy cerca. Sin duda alguna volvería y lo recomendaría.

I had a real relaxed 10 day stay in Marcelo's beautiful home
Pros:

Marcelo, the owner and host is a great guy. At my arrival he offered to, and did do my laundry, gave me the keys of the place and the public transport card. He's interested in the visitors experiences, and helpful. He shared his home with me as if I were his best friend. Actually, I felt treated as if I were the owner of the place instead of him! The rented room with private bathroom (toilet + shower) is at the 3rd floor and going further up one can enjoy a large roof terrace.
The place is in the center of Buenos Aires just a few blocks from the big theatres and cinemas and one can walk to at least 5 milongas (places to dance tango).
Good value for little money.
