Pros:

Todo.
Marcelo es un anfitrión genial, me ayudó muchísimo con todo, sus perritos son divinos, su casa es preciosa, la habitación sumamente cómoda, agua caliente 24/7.
Una ubicación privilegiada para caminar y tener cerca todo.
Cerrando los ojos, volvería a elegir su casa para hospedarme.

Marcela es una persona excepcional. Desde el primer momento fue muy amable, atenta y siempre estuvo dispuesta a ayudarme en todo lo que necesitaba. Además, mostró una gran flexibilidad y comprensión durante mi estancia, lo cual aprecié muchísimo. Me hizo sentir muy cómodo y bien recibido. Sin duda, si volviera a Buenos Aires, me alojaría nuevamente aquí. ¡Muchas gracias por todo, Marcela!

Cons:

Sinceramente, no hubo nada que no me gustara. Todo estuvo muy bien. Quizás la única pequeña “molestia” fue que algunas tardes/noches cociné y el olor de la comida pudo haberse quedado un poco en el apartamento. Por eso, pido disculpas. 😊 En ese sentido, ¡la única culpa fue mía!

Absolutamente tudo, localização, comodidade, cordialidade do anfitrião.. saí de BsAs e ganhei um amigo . Marcelo foi compreensivo com os problemas que tive com a companhia aérea e não mediu esforços pra me fazer sentir como se estivesse hospedado na casa de um familiar ou amigo.

Me encanto quedarme aquí, muy amable y atento Marcelo. Muy limpio y ordenado todo, cómodo, tranquilo el lugar para ser céntrico y tiene lugares para comer muy cerca. Sin duda alguna volvería y lo recomendaría.

I had a real relaxed 10 day stay in Marcelo's beautiful home
Pros:

Marcelo, the owner and host is a great guy. At my arrival he offered to, and did do my laundry, gave me the keys of the place and the public transport card. He's interested in the visitors experiences, and helpful. He shared his home with me as if I were his best friend. Actually, I felt treated as if I were the owner of the place instead of him! The rented room with private bathroom (toilet + shower) is at the 3rd floor and going further up one can enjoy a large roof terrace.
The place is in the center of Buenos Aires just a few blocks from the big theatres and cinemas and one can walk to at least 5 milongas (places to dance tango).
Good value for little money.
