The place of stay is spot on with its amenities- bed, bathroom with hot water etc. - great location amidst Nature.
Very very kind hosts- breakfast was so good, felt like home food, served by loved ones. The Hosts were extremely kind to invite us to their Onam celebration with their family. It felt like we met and made new family, someone like our own in Cochin.

Calm place for a couple
The location is far from Fort kotchi.
I like the property for it's calm and quite ambience by the Arabic Sea
It is way too outside the town area
They offer a premium setup and service for what we are paying. I loved everything about this homestay. House owners are very polite and helpful. We can have a peaceful vacation at the location because the area sits next to sea. Can have best sunset. Room size was morethan expected and it was very clean. I've never been satisfied this much with another stay.
The room was clean and very large and right on the beach, with a great balcony for sitting and ocean view. Also the best workspace table I’ve had while traveling in India. The grounds are very interesting - many flowers, including orchids set on palm tree trunks. Lots of bird life and a great breakfast spread rounded out my pleasant stay.

Good location - with a sea view. Reasonably close to most Kochi attractions. The host personally attended to us along with his spouse. Room was big and airy and comfortable. Food provided was timely and good.
Access from the main road is via a really narrow lane - kind of a driving test. Suggestion - The one big room could be subdivided a little using partitions for more effective usage when there are multiple adults sharing the room.
Very nice & big property can accommodate 6 people very comfortably.
