Pros:

A anfitriã Flávia é um amor de pessoa, nos recebeu muito bem.O flat é exatamente como nas fotos: aconchegante, muito limpo e organizado. Garantiu uma noite de descanso tranquila. A localização também é um ponto forte; fica perto do shopping e comércio, tornando tudo muito fácil.
Recomendo a estadia!

Cons:

O único ponto negativo é que não tem estacionamento, o carro tem que ficar na rua que é um pouco estreita, caso não tenha vaga na rua, o carro tem que ficar estacionado mais distante.
