Excelente opción
Pros:

Excelente ubicación para moverse por la zona sur, y es una ubicación inmejorable si te moverás entre el centro y la zona sur. A una cuadra tienes transporte a cualquier lugar.

El espacio es pequeño, pero práctico y cómodo.

Cool location, comfy and nice
Pros:

It's exactly what is meant to be, it's clean and the owner is friendly and nice. He's also fully available should you need anything or have any issue. The location is pretty well connected, close to the Humboldt square and 3 minutes from the Calacoto main avenue.

Cons:

The way from the main avenue to the room is not a very nice street to walk alone at night (especially as a girl), but it is pretty safe relatively. The hot water only worked on the first night.

There is a reason for being cheap. The location is close to the road, making it so noisy that I can't sleep at all. Even people outside can hear it clearly when walking

It was very nice, comfortable and clean. The location is excellent. The host was responsive and gave me some advise on what activities to do. There are many restaurant’s near by, public transportation and you are in a beautiful neighborhood. Thanks Leonardo!
