Für Seminarbesuche oder zum Schlafen absolut geeignet
Pros:

Die Lage zum Eventcenter war für mich ideal. Die Unterkunft war überraschend ruhig und leise, sodass ich sehr gut schlafen konnte. Für einen Seminaraufenthalt war das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis absolut in Ordnung.

Cons:

Es handelt sich um eine klassische Monteurswohnung mit Gemeinschaftsbad. Man muss sich bewusst sein, dass die Privatsphäre im Bad eingeschränkt ist, wenn mehrere Gäste vor Ort sind. Für meine Tochter war dies gewöhnungsbedürftig, für mich als zweckmäßige Übernachtung aber akzeptabel.

Dank der freundlichen Damen an der Rezeption hat es dann doch geklappt.

Vermieter hat nicht auf Anrufe reagiert, keine Stühle im Zimmer

Sehr sauber, klar und einfach. Gute Atmosphäre.

Cons:

Kleine Einschränkung- Treppe relativ schmal. Stufe an der Badezimmern. Achtung. Etwas hellhörig.

Stornierung nach nicht mal 24h nach Buchung war nicht möglich.
Eher ein Monteurhostel als ein Gästehaus. Sehr hellhörig.
