A valid phone number and a complete mailing address are required; otherwise, the reservation will be canceled immediately.

Guests will receive a rental agreement, which must be signed and returned directly to the property prior to arrival. The agreement must be sent within 48 hours after the booking was made. Minimum age requirement for primary guest must be met for rental of multiple rooms or full house rental as stated in the rental agreement.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and a credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability, and additional charges may apply.

Housekeeping services for the Holiday Home can be arranged for an additional charge of CAD 160 per stay.

Cleaning Fee of $175.00 is required with any 3 or 4 bedroom reservation. This will be added to your bill and paid directly at the property including the tax of 13%

A great location, close to the market, a beautiful home and a considerate host.
Pros:

The house has a great vibe and that’s hard to do. It’s clean and spacious but for me it’s the thoughtful design that I appreciate most.

Great place to just sleep.
Pros:

Very quiet street. Clean and beautiful outdoor area.

Cons:

Shared bathroom and lack of breakfast. Granola bars and coffee/tea were provided, but would have been nice with bagels or muffins.
Also, booking and all communications was not very personal. I'm sure some people like this aspect.

Don’t think twice: book this accommodation!
Pros:

This accommodation is absolutely the best I’ve ever visited. The house is spacious, well maintained and everything you can think off, is there (and for you to use). The host is ever so friendly. She’s available, yet not noticeably there. This is of a standard I’ve niet met before.

It was beautifully landscaped. Enjoyed coffee in the gardens. Very peaceful and relaxing.

Cons:

Absolutely nothing-close to everything. We will certainly be back and highly recommend it.

Pros:

My husband and I had an amazing stay! The room was lovely and having access to the kitchen was convenient. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very large. Great price for everything you get. I would highly recommend the hammer haus and will definitely book again if I'm staying in the area.

Hammer Haus is a well equipped and well appointed home. The owner takes pride in its appearance.
Pros:

The location was convenient and the host was very accommodating. We were happy to be the only people there as we would have had to share the kitchen. It was nice to have the main area to ourselves.
