Pros:

Ich habe dieses Hotel für meine Mutter gebucht, die ihre Skiferien in Pontresina verbrachte. Das Hotel hat ihre Erwartungen erfüllt. Besonders die Kochnische war sehr gut: Es gab einen Wasserkocher und alles, was man zum Kochen braucht.

Das Hotel war sehr sauber, und das Zimmer hatte eine schöne Bergaussicht. Wir werden uns wieder für die Chesa Quadrella entscheiden.

Nette en verzorgde kamer, vriendelijke ontvangst.
Alles aanwezig wat je nodig had, kleine ingerichte keuken,
Ik had een gemeenschappelijke zeer propere badkamer.

The host is making a false damage claim. There is no evidence that we caused any damage.I will try get my money back because this is not fair.
I use booking soo many years and never have problem with nobody, I’m very disappointed she charge me.

Cons:

Our stay was very stressful. During the stay, the host was not helpful when we reported problems. In addition, there was a serious lack of privacy: the host continuously monitored the guests, which created an unsafe and uncomfortable feeling. This had a significant negative impact on our stay.
After checkout, the host accused us of damaging the refrigerator. This accusation is untrue. We did not cause any damage. The refrigerator was functioning normally during our stay or already had pre-existing issues that were not caused by us. We therefore fully dispute this damage claim.
