The owner is super friendly and there is a terrace with a beautiful view over Valparaiso! Ge has two baby cats who were climbing all over the place, super cute :)

Great host, unique property with character, with awesome views of the city.
Pros:

This is a wonderful old house perched on the hillside. It is very wonky as it has withstood many earthquakes, giving it real character. The friendly host made us feel welcome and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. The bed was super comfy. The view from the balcony was amazing. I highly recommend this place for the more adventurous traveler that doesn't want the run-of-the-mill hotel. There was a homely feel and it was a social place to stay.

Cons:

It was a little tricky to find, as the street has many offshoots, making the numbering confusing. Washing clothes is a little expensive, the bathroom is shared between quite a few rooms, but these were really minor things. The stay was wonderful.

Pros:

They were nice to me and my family, I also brought my dog with me and they were very friendly to him.

It has a very rustic style still is very comfortable, clean and the view is amazing.

Only one suggestion: maybe adding some stairs so people can get into the tub more easily.
