Pros:

Ubicación, desayuno.

Cons:

La puerta principal de la habitación no tenía seguro para cerrar, la puerta de la habitación no cerraba. Hacía falta un velador al costado de la cama para poner las cosas personales, la cama podría mejorar y también la ropa de cama...Es decir que fuera la presentación más de hotel, la encontré muy desordenada.

Pros:

Ubicación excelente. Existía restricción de horario que no estaba prevista en las condiciones de booking, sin embargo Andrea fue amable en llegar a acuerdo y entregar llaves del alojamiento. El chek in es hasta las 21:00, después hay cargo extra.

Cons:

El lugar es muy frío, falta calefacción y aislamiento en pieza, la cama tenía pocas mantas y había una extra. Al estar en una zona cercana a cordillera debería considerarse la temperatura del lugar.

Iba por temas médicos, muy buena ubicación y cerca de consultas clínicas. Habitaciones doble de dos camas muy cómodas, descansamos muy bien.

Safe area but far from center.

Very dirty place. This place should be free on couch surfing and not charging money on booking, as you live with the owners filth.

The house wasn’t even vacuumed or clean before I arrived.

Cash only.

Expensive for shared dirty place.

I don’t understand how this place has good reviews.

Carpet needs to be changed immediately.
Looks 20 years old.

Dust and dirt on ground.

Military style check out. If your late by 10 minutes she asks you if you want to pay $10 usd to stay until 12:00.

No keys to enter apartment. Curfew.

This shouldn’t be on booking.com with so many rules.

Carpet is so old and dirty and will trigger allergies.

Bedding was dirty and stained. I wonder if she washed it before I arrived.

I wanted to leave and not even spend the night even after I paid her.

I asked if I can keep my bag until my next check in hotel was available and the owner didn’t want to. She was very hostile in that regards. You pretty much stay in her home and are given no keys. You have to message her every-time to enter. She stays home all the time but you feel like you inconvenience her to leave and come back, especially after 8pm.

So hot in the house with the heat.

Toilet and shower looked disgusting.

The biggest issue was cleanliness, which is soo bad I cannot recommend.

I did not enjoy my stay!
