La ubicación era muy céntrica. La cocina comunitaria estaba bien acondicionada, limpia y con los utensilios y materiales básicos suficientes. Contaba con cápsulas de café gratuitas si lo precisabas.

Cons:

Una de las ventanas no cerraba, estaba rota y no era algo nuevo si no que algo conocido. Si no llega a ser por mi insistencia en que la arreglaban o me iba podría haberme quedado congelada esa noche. Para acceder a las habitaciones hay una escalera de caracol muy estrecha y bastante incómoda. La puerta de acceso del portal no es muy visible, me costó encontrar que era ahí el acceso.

Very good location. Quiet, yet very close to the main attractions. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. Our room was on the ground floor. There was a pavement and a street right outside the window, so the windows had to be covered all the time for privacy. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom in this room was only suitable for small and slim people, as it was tiny. For us it wasn't a problem, but some people may not feel comfortable. Perhaps the bathrooms in other rooms are larger. A plus for the possibility of leaving luggage for 3 hours in one of the rooms before the start of the stay. Contact with the staff before the start of the stay was difficult - no response to messages sent. Finally, however, the stay was enjoyable.

Cons:

Our flat had a well-equipped kitchen, but it would have been useful to have at least one sharp knife for cutting and a bottle of water at the start of our stay. Many other useful items (such as coffee) are provided.

Poteva andare meglio!

L’appartamento è molto carino, arredato bene, ce la possibilità di magiare in camera poiché c’è un tavolino con due sedie. Il bagno molto ampio.

Cons:

La struttura purtroppo poco insonorizzata, menomale che rimaneva in una zona tranquilla quindi era fattibile dormire, però si sentiva tutto dei vicini di camera, era come averceli in stanza. La cucina era in comune, quindi non mi fa impazzire questa cosa.
I proprietari non si sono mai fatti vedere, non so dare un opinione in merito.
Una cosa fondamentale è che nel bagno non c’era una vera e propria porta, quindi il partner è costretto a sentire tutti i rumori provenienti da là dentro.
Non c’è un termosifone, se beccate i giorni piovosi e vi bagnate dovete asciugare tutto con il phone come é successo a noi, c’è solo lo split.

La cucina ed il metodo di entrata senza chiave. Posizione comoda.

Ci è capitata la camera con il nome “ Loft “ quella a piano terra, il bagno piccolissimo diviso dal letto da una sottile porta a vetro. Il climatizzatore non sembrava funzionare benissimo, non riusciva a riscaldare. La cosa più fastidiosa l’odore che c’era all’interno dell’appartamento, fogna e umidità.

Foarte plăcut, cazarea mult mai bună decât ne asteptam.

Curățenie, m-au ajutat în legătură cu întrebările pe care le-am avut în legătură cu check in-ul și locația este foarte bună.

Pros:

Mi è piaciuta la posizione della struttura che consente praticamente di muoversi a piedi e nel giro di 15/20 min trovarsi nel centro storico di Siviglia, strada che tra l’altro è ricca di negozi… quindi non monotona. Giusto una consiglio per chi leggerá, non prenoterete un hotel a 5 stelle… non aspettatevi questo al costo di B&B. Consigliato

DESASTRE. Reserva y pago confirmado y el alojamiento no tenía donde ubicarme.

Fue un auténtico desastre. Tras hacer una reserva, al llegar al alojamiento, nos encontramos con la desagradable sorpresa de que ¡NO TENÍAMOS HABITACIÓN!.. con la reserva confirmada y el establecimiento se lavaba las manos. La sensación de desastre fue infinita!.La desatención y la falta de respuesta por parte del establecimiento tras la incidencia que tuve en mi estancia , reserva confirmada y sin sitio para alojarme por parte del alojamiento con el consiguiente inconveniente, ponerme a buscar una habitación en pleno centro de Sevilla un 2 de enero a las 4 de la mañana.
