Красивый гостевой дом, с самобытной атмосферой. Уютный двор с фруктовыми деревьями. Невероятно красивая общая гостиная на втором этаже. Высокие потолки с лепниной, мебель красного дерева, рояль, книги, красивые предметы интерьера. Номер чистый, с кондиционером, кровать удобная. Завтраки хорошие. Домашние соусы и варенье выше всяких похвал.

Cons:

В ванной нам не хватило шторки для душа, когда моешься, весь санузел в воде, потом нужно пользоваться сгоном для воды, чтобы осушить пол💧

Gentillesse des hôtes, le petit déjeuner était très excellent !
La chambre est très jolie et très propre
Leur fille parle très bien, nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison.
Si nous devions revenir à koutaissi nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Rien , nous étions triste de devoir repartir :(

Von der Unterkunft in die Stadt ist es gut zu laufen (bergab), hoch haben wir immer ein Bold genommen- für ganze 2€ oder weniger 😅

Wróciłbym!
Pros:

Pokój oraz łazienka bardzo czyste a sam pokój i dość duży. Do dyspozycji przed pokojem przestrzeń wspólna z lodówką. Na posesji miejsce na jeden samochód ale możliwość zaparkowania na bezpłatnej ulicy. Gospodarze nie mówią po angielsku ale są bardzo sympatyczni i częstują na powitanie winem własnej roboty oraz wodą.

Cons:

Jedyny minus ze do restauracji i centrum nie jest aż tak blisko.

We chose this house based on nice pictures and good feedbacks-but we didn't expect that it would be even better in reality! The house is very beautifully decorated inside, there is a very cozy garden to spend some time in the evening. The owners were very helpful and friendly-we felt like a part of the family for one week!:) Many thanks to Kathi and her mom for amazing Georgian breakfast every day and to the father of the family for his homemade Georgian wine!
The house is located in the oldest area of Kutaissi, what was also an interesting experience. The area around was quiet. The house is located on a small hill so we enjoyed some "digestive evening walks" after khinkali dinner😁 Good working AC saved us from the heat outside.
If we go back to Kutaissi-we would definitely choose this house again!!❤️
