Хозяева добродушные, отзывчивые, всё понравилось, но эта дикая сырость и плесень везде в Батуми и в помещениях и на улицах очень не нравится.

Pros:

I liked that it's quiet, owners are friendly.

Cons:

Found hairs in our bed and it was very humid, some of my clothes started to smell after only 1 night and were a little wet

Good Value For Money
Pros:

The room is spacious. A super comfortable bed, it was so good.
You can walk to city center in 25-30 minutes

Cons:

Bed sheets are clean but the toilet was sooo dirty. Also kitchen was dirty. So if you are sensetive to cleanness, this place is not for you.
If you are looking for good value, thats the place.
