Pros:

Everything was clean and comfortable. The king room space is enormous, including a huge bathroom. It's close to the airport and overnight I couldn't hear any noise which was good.

Cons:

Check in was difficult. The house is located in a gated community which was not communicated. To get into the gate you had to enter from a different street, through security, this could easily be mentioned by the host but it wasn't. We had originally thought that we could use the kitchen but I don't think it is possible unless you get confirmation from the host so we didn't bother.
Payment was in cash and listed in USD but I think they mentioned you could pay in Quetzal, not unusual for Guatemala but still a consideration.

Me gustó la ubicación estaba cerca del aeropuerto, el lugar estaba bonito, limpio, ordenado.

Cons:

No me gustó que el dueño no nos dio llave del cuarto, tuvimos que salir y dejar abierto, el abanico sonaba muy feo.

Very lovely place for a short stay with a comfy bed!
Pros:

Very beautiful property and house. Nice size room with private bathroom. Great proximity to the airport. Felt very safe in a gated community.

Cons:

Shower was dirty. But everything else was very clean!!

Tolles Zimmer mit allem drum und dran!
Pros:

Unser Zimmer war riesig. Es hatte eine schöne Fensterfront, wodurch viel Licht ins Zimmer kam. Ein großes Bad mit Shampoo und Duschgel. Es war alles sauber und ordentlich. Am nächsten Morgen hatten wir noch etwas Zeit und haben noch Reisetipps bekommen, das war richtig lieb. War ein schöner Aufenthalt, auch wenn nur sehr kurz.

Cons:

Kann ich nichts zu schreiben.

Graat option next to the airport
Pros:

Arrived late, left early, so didn’t have the chance to see all the property. The room was large and clean, bed was comfy, shower was hot. Owner is nice and welcoming. About 20 minutes walk from the airport. Good value for the price, would return next time. Oh, and they have a lovely dog!
