Pros:

Everything worked, it was very clean inside and room was very big. There were several places to sleep, refrigerator was in the room. Everything was great, good wifi. I liked very much this place.❤️

Do not stay here – Extremely poor condition
​I strongly advise against booking this place. It was a terrible experience and completely different from what was shown in the pictures. The apartment is very old and has an unbearable smell. The rooms were covered in dust, the sofa legs were broken, and the blankets and pillows were old and smelled bad.
​The bathroom was dirty, the shower door was missing, and the remaining door wouldn't close properly. Kitchen equipment was also old and poorly maintained. On top of that, the location is far from the city center, and the host was very slow to reply to our messages.
​It is absolutely not worth the money. If you add just a tiny bit more to your budget, you can find a clean, comfortable apartment near the center. Save yourself the trouble, pay a bit extra, and stay somewhere else!

You get what you pay for
Pros:

The location was AMAZING. Right in the heart of Budapest and basically in the middle of everything, so it was super convenient for getting around and exploring.

You definitely get what you pay for here. You’re basically paying for a bed to sleep in and a bathroom to use, so if you’re a traveler who just needs somewhere to crash at the end of the day, it does the job. The access instructions were also really clear and were sent to my email, so getting in was easy.

Cons:

The biggest downside is the building itself. It definitely looks sketchy - kind of abandoned and rundown, and it’s completely dark at night. That being said, we didn’t actually encounter any issues or anything unsafe but it just looked questionable.

We stayed in Room #2, and unfortunately there was no A/C or even a fan, so the room got REALLY hot. We opened the windows, but it still wasn’t enough. The beds also weren’t very comfortable.

Overall, I’d say this place is best for budget travelers who literally just need a place to sleep and shower while spending most of their time out exploring. The location is hard to beat, but don’t expect anything fancy

Egyszerű, de nagyszerű.
Pros:

Nekem nagyon tetszett, hogy egy szobában mennyi hely van. Szerintem összességében egyszerű, de nagyszerű a szállás. Tiszta, felszerelt, praktikus. Azoknak nem ajánlom akik nagy igényűek, de mindenkinek ajánlom, aki nem azt nézi, hogy mennyire csilli-villi minden. Utolsó pillanatban kellett szállást találnom és pillanatok alatt le tudtam foglalni. Árban is elérhető volt számomra, megérte teljes mértékben. A szállásadóval telefonon beszéltem, kedves és segítőkész volt. Nagy családoknak, baráti társaságoknak is tökéletes hely.

Cons:

Igazából minden rendben volt.

Cons:

Statybos už lango neleido ryte išsimiegoti. Aplinka labai neprižiūrėta, verkiant reikia remonto. Balkono durys neatsidaro. Ryte į bendras patalpas užėjo pašalinis asmuo į dušą, atėjęs savininkas garsiai šaukdamas jį išvarė. Mano vaikai šiuos apartamentus pavadino bomžynu, nes ir gatvėje vazdas prastas, šlapimo kvapas.

Great location but air conditioning did not work.
Pros:

Great location, with a working lift and clear, easy-to-follow check-in instructions.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the TV didn’t work and there was no air conditioning. We were told a maintenance man would come to fix it, so we waited three hours, only to be told that it doesn't work. The shared spaces were also not particularly clean, and not all of the beds had been made up.
