Jó környéken van, utcai zaj nem hallottam, szoba felszereltsége korrekt, a szobai kis hűtő külön plusz pont 👍 kényelmes ágy takaró és ágynemű , a lépcsőház liftes ezért külön plusz pont 👍

Cons:

A lakás többi lakója sokáig beszélgetett és valami bútort húzogatott, ezzel kábé 00:00 óráig elvoltak majd csak ezután csendesedtek el, az ajtók hangosan nyikorognak (különösen a WC ajtó) az ágyak régiek és gödrösre kifeküdtek, kényelmetlen rugós ágyak 🫩 nem jó bennük aludni, mivel a ház gangos így minden apró nesz, kutya ugatás, korán reggeli kuka húzgálás be hallatszik és ezért ha nem akarsz is felkelni fel fogsz mert nem tudsz tovább aludni, maximum 06:00 óra után addigra kiürült a ház és óriási lett a csend (még a szomszédos építkezés zaja sem hallható, Tv hiányoltam kicsit .

if the price makes you think you want to stay there -don’t. trust me it’s better to pay a little more for somewhere elae. Stuff gave us wrong key, they said someone will come with the right one. we waited 30mins only for them to tell us to come get them by ourselfs. they didn’t even say sorry. place is in really bad condition. kitchen, shelves and sofas are broken. shower smells terrible. and they let stay anyone in the rooms, guy next doors cut his finger and left bathroom in blood. i would never come back or recommend it to anyone

Már sokadik alkalommal szállok meg itt, ár-érték arányban megfelelő szállás.
Pros:

Kiváló elhelyezkedésű, mindenhez közel, de ha csendes lakótársakat fogsz ki, akkor nem zajos helyen lévő szállás. Külön jó pont, hogy a szállásadó már órákkal az érkezés előtt elküldte a belépési kódokat.

Fürdőszobából lehetne több.

I am extremely disappointed with this rental. The conditions are absolutely nothing like the photos shown online. The apartment is neglected, dirty, and clearly not properly maintained. The bed linen was stained, the floors were filthy, and the overall cleanliness was completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, there were even mice in the apartment, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable and disturbing.
The area is also terrible and feels very unsafe. There were homeless people sleeping right outside the door, which made us feel anxious every time we had to enter or leave the building. Sleeping was simply impossible throughout the entire night there were constant screams, fights, and loud swearing outside. And just when you finally manage to fall asleep in the early morning, you are woken up by the noise of nearby construction.
This was one of the worst rental experiences I have ever had. I genuinely do not recommend this place to anyone and strongly advise future guests to think twice before booking.
