Pros:

Sanjay is a gentleman, I was traveling will my dad who is 86, It was very late at 11.30 pm to reach, I happen to tell Sanjay that I couldn't find any hotel open for dinner.
Surprisingly Sanjay had kept bananas as complimentary in the room. Appreciate his gesture,The most caring host.

Pros:

Owner is good and helping, but rooms are not as per standard. Its too hot within the room, better to go with AC rooms.

Cons:

Room is so hot, bathrooms are not clean.

Pros:

Cons:

Booked two double bed rooms.
Rooms had no windows.rooms were very hot due to poor ventilation.
Bathrooms were dirty.
No hot water or shower inside the bathroom. Had to take hotwater from tap outside the room.
Owner took half payment as advance.
So couldn't even cancel the booking.
I had senior citizen with me and none of them could sleep the entire night.we decided to leave early in the morning due to this.

Location:
The location of the property is superb, its just beside the Anegundi Palace. Though it's a homestay on the main street of Anegundi you get ample amount of parking. In walkable distance you could explore attractions of Anegundi.
Cleanliness:
The stay was so clean felt like home away from home. This stay stays top in my list on the cleanliness and friendliness of the host.
Host:
Sanjay was an amazing person and he is always ready to help you to all your questions n queries. As he is localite he helps you to plan your itinerary effectively.

Overall satisfied with the stay and friendliness of the host.

Cons:

Very horrible stay at the property. The owner says the checkin and checkout time is 8:30, apparently he goes to office after that so it needs to be done before this. Although he is very smooth with the checkin even if you are late but will react very rudely and inappropriately during the checkout.

Toilet was extremely dirty. There is monkey poop and piss everywhere. Also after we've checked out, the owner cancelled our booking on Booking.com so that we can't leave a review over there.

Also there is no drinking water at the property.

A nice place to stay on a budget for solo travellers and very safe since it’s located in the heart of the village.
Pros:

Property is located in a quiet surrounding in a small village away from hustle bustle of busy places.

Cons:

Bathroom was not spacious and the toilet is also located separately outside the room although it is private and not shared. Also, no cages or restaurants around so it is better to be prepared food wise.

Super accommodation, relaxing stay
Pros:

Jay is really friendly and engaged and helps you with exploring and further informations.
The room is lovely designed as well as spacious. Besides that you will enjoy the private rooftop for sure.
Situated in the middle of Anegundi you can explore village life. Also magical hills for hiking and different landmarks are easy to reach.
