Absolutely horrendous experience!
The host and place is such a disgrace! The place is a small house in the middle of such a congested colony. The cab refused to go there! One has to walk to reach! People around told us that the lady who is the host is a scammer!

Great parking for motorbikes. Beautiful home. Fantastic to have a washing machine and area to dry clothes. A Kitchen is provided if you want to cook. Lovely space.

First of all Andrea the homestay manager is very friendly and kind and willing to help with anything the guests might need, even taxis. Secondly the place is very nicely decorated and clean and is in a very quiet and lovely neighborhood of you want to get away from all the city noises and its only a 100 INR tuktuk to get to the actual city so the distance dedinitly no big deal. It was a great place to stay after landing in India, I highly recommend

Nothing !It is my worst experience.I didnt get it how this homestay gets 9.1 rating in booking.com. Please dont go for this rating .It is pathetic.The manager told us that for breakfast he will charge 500rs for two person mean 250rs for each person and he will provide uttapam in breakfast .He told us to give money that is 1000 in advance for breakfast.He told my husband that you have to pay 1000 in advance for the breakfast .
Another thing I want to mention that the rooms are smelly .he charges 2500 for the room which is way more than the price mention in the booking.com website.
The gyeser didnt work properly .Dirty smell was coming from a.c .no proper blanket was provided .
To book this homestay in fort kochi was the biggest mistake of my trip

Really beautiful home stay. The family was super available and kind with us. They allowed us for night check in at 4 am. the breakfast is really good and is big enough to be a lunch. I recommend to stay here for your trip in Cochin :)

I had the pleasure of staying at Peter's Inn at Fort kochi.

The room was spacious,comfy and decorated with beautiful painting. The bed was comfy & ensured a good night sleep after an entire day of exploring.
The kitchen was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a fridge, stove, and utensils. I was able to prepare my own meals with ease, which was a lovely bonus.
The host was friendly and was available for any help, if require.

Our stay at Peter’s Inn was absolutely perfect! Stayed in total whole 2 weeks and would definetly come back again and again. The home was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.if you come, don’t miss out on the delicious kerala homemade breakfast, I tried many, but this was the best. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The location was ideal, making it easy to explore the city and stunning waterfront. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Kochi and would love to stay here again in the future

Loved this beautiful stay which is just 4-5 mins away from the beach, the host is extremely lovely.

Andrea and Jensen made us very welcome and went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. Lots of helpful local advice and the breakfasts were amazing!
