Quant wooden homestay
Pros:

Lovely staff who communicated great in English with me. It was quiet the time of year I was there, very relaxing and needed quiet time away from the busy Sa Pa. Guy that worked there gave me tips of area and Vietnam. Lovely family and nice food :)
Also had toiletries for me to use

Perfect to have rest from big cities and enjoy the nature
Pros:

I felt like at home. The family who own the guest house are very hospitable people. The guest house is really clean, there is a beautiful garden, herbal bath and a restaurant where food was really tasty

Une adresse qu’on ne retiendra pas !! Je tiens à préciser que le premier restaurant est à 20min en voiture. Donc… Premier jour on nous facture le petit déjeuner alors qu’il est compris, on doit partir en excursion pas le temps de le signaler, on le fait à notre retour, après vérification ils nous remboursent et c’est ok. Le lendemain, on me facture un plat complet alors que je n’ai eu qu’une moitié de plat, je n’avais jamais vu ça !! 😂😂 ils m’ont servi la viande sans riz, je le signale on me dit qu’ils apportent ça et personne n’a rien apporté, mais par contre facturé plein pot pour un 1/2 plat !! Le lendemain on commande DEUX plats différents, bah non !! Ils nous ramènent le MÊME plat, 😂😂 et comme les plats sont préparés à la demande, (ce qui sauve un peu le truc, d’ailleurs une mention spéciale à la cuisinière, c’est excellent, et fait maison et c’est bien la seule chose) le temps de préparation est long, environ 30/40min, donc je signale que ce sont les mêmes plats et que nous en avons commandé DEUX différents, ils ne s’excusent pas mais proposent de renvoyer le plat en cuisine. Sauf que, le renvoyer aurait été trop long. J’ai dû mangé un plat que je n’avais pas commandé et bien évidemment, facturé plein pot de nouveau pour une erreur de LEUR PART. Et bien sûr… Aucun geste commercial, je n’avais jamais vu ça, alors qu’ils ont commis des erreurs chaque jour !!! D’ailleurs j’avais oublié 100k dong (soit 3e) sur l’addition des « mêmes plats », ils ont eu le culot de me les réclamer alors qu’ils m’ont servi un plat sans riz+, un petit déjeuner sans café ni thé ni rien, et qu’en plus ils m’ont fait régler un plat que je n’avais pas commandé. Et quand je leurs signale les choses et leur fait savoir que c’est culotté, on me regarde en me disant juste ok. Ils nous ont pris pour des pigeons ! C’est un manque de respect !!!

Pros:

Die Familie war sehr freundlich und herzlich. Das Essen war immer ausgezeichnet und die Sauberkeit war top. Die Lage in den Bergen ist wunderschön und perfekt zum Wandern. Wer Hunde mag, ist hier ebenfalls richtig – es gibt drei sehr nette Hunde. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.Dae Bett war ein Traum und hatte sogar eine Heizmatte.

Cons:

Was mich etwas gestört hat: In der Beschreibung war ein Pool angegeben. Der Pool war zwar vorhanden, aber leider nicht mit Wasser gefüllt. Außerdem habe ich dort ein Motorrad 150000VND ausgeliehen, das den Preis nicht wert war, da die Bremsen nicht richtig funktionierten und es einfach in einem Allgemeinen sehr schlechtem Zustand befand zusätzlich musste ich es auch noch Tanken dies wurde mir leider auch erst nach der Bezahlung gesagt das das extra ist. DAS würde ich lieber direkt in Sapa ausleihen. Auch die Wäsche war mit 40.000 VND pro Kilo recht teuer. Ein Kräuter Bad kostet auch 150000VND

Para una estancia tranquila.
Pros:

El ambiente del lugar es muy bueno, las instalaciones están en buen estado. La comida es rica y a buen precio.

Las camas de los dorms son duras (aunque yo me acostumbré). Podrían mejorar los tiempos del restaurante

Pros:

Ruhige Lage und nette Leute rund herum. Heizdecke im Bett. Für die Wintersaison echt wichtig. Das Wandern in der Umgebung war wirklich einfach, sicher und schön. Der Ausblick ins Tal und auf die Berge dahinter war unverbaut. Insgesamt für die Menschen geeignet, die ihre Ruhe haben wollen und lieber relaxen als Partys zu feiern.

It was Ok stay
Pros:

The property is located in peaceful and clam area if you want to be outside of city hustles
14km away from main downtown .peaceful place , good view , home stay feeling . For longer stay it’s worth to stay that far we felt . For 2 days it’s just too far to be back and forth from attractions as tourist as they are far away .quiet ok breakfast from Ala Carter menu . Not much variety . Staff is accommodating and kind .

Cons:

Over all ok stay however few things could have been better like water bottle on arrival atleast once if not refillable , toilet seat was broken , can place heater in the room as it get pretty cold in evening during winters , more menu options on breakfast or just fresh fruit cuts .Booked Junior suite , however was little disappointed with not having basic facilities
