Lovely homestay in a great spot!
Pros:

This little hotel is in a great location with good access to the beach and restaurants, shops etc. The staff all are young men who are very kind and well mannered. The rooms are clean and in good condition. The shower works well and the water temperature is good. The pool was nice to sit by and swim in and is kept very clean. There is a water tank at the entrance for you to fill up your water jug whenever you want to. There is room cleaning if you request it but I did not need to use it. They also supply a coffee/tea & toast with jam service free of charge from 8-11am. The coffee is Indonesian and the toast is a little dry but it is there if you want it!

Cons:

There is no bench in the bathroom so you end up putting toiletries on the toilet cistern or somewhere else which is a little awkward, esp if there was two of you!
There are also no bikes available, which I think was advertised. I managed to get one just up the street at a Mart though so not a big issue.

Great homestay !
Pros:

Beautiful hostel, the rooms are perfectly clean and they have their own bathroom, really appreciate that part ! It’s very good for the price you pay.

Cons:

It would have been better if the bathroom had proper windows to keep mosquitoes out in the evening, as the light attracts them inside, which isn’t ideal.

Sono stata molto bene in questo homestay. È pulito, accogliente e in una posizione ottima: vicino al mare e al centro di Sanur.
Ci sono tutti i servizi necessari e il personale è molto gentile e disponibile.
Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è ottimo.
A Sanur mi sono trovata davvero bene, è un posto tranquillo e piacevole.

Great location, 3 minutes from the malecon & beach. Good value for money. Studio had a TV with English language news & old movies. Water in shower was good & hot.

I've had better for way less.
Pros:

The room was adequate... good A/C and clean, I just slept there. This place was close to the Hyatt Regency where the food is divine and the staff fabulous, even for a blow in, and their facilities and Restaurants... are many.

Cons:

There was a lot of noise coming from the pool. I asked the male receptionist how can I get a taxi... he just pointed to up the road, like I had to walk 200 mtrs to the main road and flag one down... which I did. Not very good service. Breakfast was shit. I didn't have any. The pool is more like a large bath... not much room.

Great value, clean, but not for everyone.
Pros:

The modern room was pretty big, with tea/coffee kettle/things, a refrigerator, an AC, great wifi, and a Bali traditional environmentally-friendly wet bathroom, which is under the fresh air, not under AC. Staff spoke English, were friendly and tried the keep the guests happy. Close to the beach, although the beach was hallow with very warm water. Quiet area overall with some good options for cheap and not- cheap food.

Cons:

The setup seems to be a traditional homestay with all rooms being on the first floor, having no windows, except the entrance door and an adjacent window, and the rooms facing each other along a „corridor/path“. As a result, the experience could be affected either by loud speaking guests or kids, smoking guests, or even loud speaking night staff, if you want to keep your door/window open for fresh air. I also suggest adding a full mirror to the room, as the old half-mirrow in the bathroom was always foggy and impossible to use.

I loved staying here. If I'm ever back in Sanur, I'd definitely book again. Thank you for having me

Location was perfect! One end of the street was the beach. The other end the best Warung in town. Best massage. Laundry service. Variety of cafe's and restaurants all short walking distance. I really didn't need to venture out far to have all my needs met. Bed & pillows were comfy. It was quiet at night. Gorgeous little pool outside and sun beds.

Cons:

Honestly for the price and location I really can't complain.
