The house is nice and clean the host was lovely maybe keys for each bedroom would be the way to go.

Cons:

It was a house so l really didn’t privacy except for being in the room allocated to me. I had to share the bathroom toilets with other guests. I didn’t like that l couldn’t lock my bedroom door once l went out for the day.

Unimaginably great - value and conversation
Pros:

The hostess Dany was lovely and this home was amazing. Stories from far and wide captured our imagination for our whole stay. The gardens were spectacular and the value for our room and breakfast unbelievable. Thank you we will be back!

OK but would prefer they advertise as bed and light breakfast so guests do not have high expectation

The room was clean

Cons:

Bathroom Sharing, Bedroom closer to other guest rooms and had to move quietly to avoid disturbing other guests. Breakfast was underwhelming. Was mostly quick and go stuff you find in some accommodation places which do not advertise bed and breakfast

Pros:

Great location as I had arrived at the airport and was heading to Ballarat the next day. Dany was very helpful with tips and very hospitable.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike. There is a shared bathroom which is not ideal, but this was clearly stated in the listing.

Excellent place for a short or long stay as there's plenty of room to spread out .
Pros:

It was a large spacious property with plenty of room to spread out . Pick a favorite spot to read a book or bring some friends for a BBQ or picnic. Take a walk around the property or outside the property. Free TV in the large dining room but pay TV only in your room. The Chinese lady was never far away if you needed anything.

Cons:

That we had to have an App. on our mobile to access the TV in our room.

Very comfortable, lovely surroundings especially the garden, and had great Chats with the owner.
Pros:

Breakfast was simple and ample. Fresh cereal and available from 6am to 10am

Cons:

Victoria's cold weather but that has nothing to do with the wonderful Melbourne Garden Bed and Breakfast. :)
