Pros:

The staff was ok

Cons:

It was very dirty. The bed sheet was dirty and clearly wasn't changed before I arrived. The bathroom was disgusting. It had old piss in it when I arrived and the smell was deadly. The toilet seat was very dirty, I usually put toilet paper on it before I sit, but this one was SO disgusting to the point where I had to wash it, THEN PUT TOILET PAPER before sitting. The room is weird. You have a door that gets you to another room with a mirror on it in the living room, and another door that gets you to another room IN THE TOILET!!! I had to sleep there because I had no other options and discovered these things at night when I got there. Unfortunately I forgot to take pictures....

One family didn't even stay after paying. It was filthy, stained pillows, bedding and no receipts given. Over charged in the bar 40 lev for 5 drinks ! Crosschecked the menu and jad been over charged 10 lev ! The rooms say 2 double beds, the sofa bed is more of a single bed with no bedding provider.. The couple that did stay got locked out of the property with no way to get in. No previous instructions given as to where the main key is kept. They got up early as couldn't sleep as so uncomfortable, tried to leave and had been locked in!! Had to call to find the main key again! Very very disaoppointing

we didn't even got to stay there because it was unwelcoming and I immediately cancelled the reservation.
Pros:

i liked the location.

Cons:

you have to go through the restaurant and kitchen to get to the apartments; the staff was not nice; the room was not clean.
