The room is big and clean and very near the center. Walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops and many other shops. The owner has cats and they are very disciplined and beautiful too. They have motorbike rentals with very affordable price too.

Beautiful house and family! The hosts were very accommodating and even showed me how to use a rice steamer! So friendly and helpful and the family spoke very good English. The children loved it here! Wonderful experience in our first Homestay. Thank you x

The staff was very nice. The accommodation is very reasonably priced for the room size.
The hosts were lovely, so friendly and very helpful. Property was very spacious and clean room, served all purposes.
Clean, lovely family. Felt at home and was a good location.
Had to wake up the family when coming in later than 23:00. A key to let ourselves in would have been nice as we felt guilty if we stayed up late.

Lovely homestay and great value for money! Friendly and helpful family - we managed very well with little English. The room was spacious and comfortable, and location was close to the centre, so an easy walk to the lake, Night Market etc. There were also good cafes & restaurants nearby. We also hired a scooter directly from them for a very good price too.
We went in late December and the room was quite cold - but I imagine it's a blessing when it's hotter outside. The WiFi also doesn't work great, and Viettel reception wasn't the best either, so maybe not ideal for working - but we managed, and there are lots of cafes and other sports for remote working around town.

The owners and family were so friendly. The room was large, clean and very well presented with a balcony looking over the street in a bustling neighborhood with amazing food and people everywhere.We felt so at home and were sad to leave. Tip- The small Banh Can local food spot just up the street is amazing for breakfast.
