Não houve estadia. As duas pessoas desistiram por causa do calor
Pros:

CUIDADO! Ninguém se hospedou e foi cobrado pela estadia. Esqueci de tirar foto do que aconteceu. Paguei por três diárias e com ar condicionado e os mesmos não gelaram, só saía vento e o proprietário não me devolveu o dinheiro do Pix. E ainda teve a canalhice de de dizer que eu não esperei pra gelar.

Cons:

Vendem uma hospedagem e não oferecem o que é vendido. Os ar condicionados não gelam.

Cons:

Reserva foi cancelada pela anfitriã de última hora, pois o local anunciado estava lotado e iria me acomodar em outro quarto, porém este não estava na mesma localização informada no Booking, e não havia foto do quarto oferecido na outra localização.

Excelente custo beneficio!
Pros:

A cama é nova e bem cuidada, o sofá da sala é confortável e há televisão. A cozinha está equipada com panelas e utensílios à disposição, além de água e Wi-Fi. Minha estadia foi tranquila, exatamente como eu precisava. O edifício é silencioso e a localização excelente, com mercados, padarias e restaurantes próximos. Sara é uma anfitriã excelente: atenciosa, gentil e simpática. Fiquei em um quarto com ventilador e, apesar do receio, ele ventila muito bem.
Espero voltar em breve!

Cons:

Senti falta de um espelho no quarto ou na sala, só pra não ter que depender do banheiro.
