Superb
Pros:

Good price, nice room with facilities, warm, very good looking summer terrace. Nice owner. Easy check-in. I can imagine it can be very nice during summer. Overall I would recommend it.

Cons:

Owner didn't speak english, we used translator. The house is not marked with any sign, luckily I knew exactly which house it is. There was no bell, so I had to walk inside a foreign house. But these are just little details.
Shower didn't have hot water. When I told the owner in the morning (translator), he tried it and told it's working, so maybe I did something wrong or I didn't wait enough time, I don't know.

Best option for cyclists.

Cheap and ok if on the go
Pros:

It was cheap
Small room but it was ok overall
AC and fridge was nice to have. Very hot summer, so it was nice to have something cold to drink and have the room cool.
Fairly quiet

Cons:

The finishes were a bit of a DIY job. The plugs and switches especially looked about ready to leave the wall, a bit of a fire hazard if you ask me.
Walls were pretty thin thus you could hear everything, given that the location was very quiet.
Wifi was almost non-existent before 11 PM and after 10 AM.
There is a bit to be improved on the customer satisfaction of things.
Groceries and shops are almost non-existent in the area, so you have to go to Orsova to buy stuff.

Good accommodation for a family vacation
Pros:

We liked the pool, the terrace and the location (in the mountains, beautiful view).

Cons:

The village is small, so you need to go to Orsova for some shopping. However, the drive is splendid.

Cons:

There were cockroaches in the room, even though it was very clean.
Very thin walls, we could hear the rest of the guests.
No signpost to find the location.
