War unsauber, es hat gestunken und um den Gestank heraus zu bekommen waren die Fenster bei 15 Grad und Starkregen offen, so dass die Wohnung runter gekühlt ist. Nach dem Thermometer auf 18 Grad

Das Bad war sehr dreckig. In der Wohnung lagen persönliche Gegenstände und Unterlagen sowie Essensreste vom Vermieter. Offensichtlich ist es seine Privatwohnung. Der Garten und der Eingangsbereich glichen einem Schrottplatz. Wir konnten dort nicht übernachten.

Very dirty, lots of dust and stuff, trash in the bin, food in the fridge, cold house and finally inadequate number of beds, because in addition to our team of 5 people, another unknown guest came to the house with three double beds. The owner of the property did not answer the contact phone, did not respond to messages. One messy bathroom...do we need more?

I would like to write my bad experience about this accomodation.
I will attach videos,plus fake bill also.
Well this accomodation is under renovation and i feel myself in a storage,everything is dirty and no heating inside.
I arrived 4 hours earlier and the owner asked 15 euro plus to give us the room earlier..but he gave for me fake bill.
When we arrived he took a mobile heater.First i didnt want to pay 15 euro for cold room and i told him after 1 hour sitting in cold room that i wait 4 pm check in  in my car.Then he said no...i must pay 15 euro.
I use booking.com 15 times per months ,u can check it...but this owner shouldnt be allowed to give rent his rooms...no cleaness,big mess in storage,sheets are smelly..i dont think that bedclothes are clean!!! Pls controll this

I do not think the basement room should be booked to anyone. The room is so humid that it smells moldy even though the window is open and the sheets are completely wet from the humidity. Furthermore, the room doesn't close.
Luckily, we were the only ones renting one of 3 rooms that evening, so after a phone call, the landlord accepted to give us another room, for the same price, on the ground floor.
Since he was away on a business trip, the cleaning had not been done and he asked us to change the bed sheets and even asked if we could vacuum!!
The location is OK, since it's near the train station but the house is a complete mess, and so are the rooms.
The house is full of mirrors everywhere and it is honestly extrememy disturbing. Especially in the bathroom, in front of the shower, on a closet that doesn't open (there weren't any above the bed lol).

Imagine booking a place, in which the owner calls you to clean up after you are done sleeping, because he is not willing to pay a cleaner to clean the house, after charging a lot of money for something that isn't worth one third of the money you spent booking the place.

Dirty as hell, the bed was uncomfortable,the basement room was full of humidity which is not even healthy for the body to sleep in there.
The shared bathroom is small and was dirty as hell. No hot water.
The kitchen disgusting/filthy

Even the neighbour that booked the other part of the house was talking to me asking if the house was that dirty as mine.

If you are reading this and are still thinking if you want to book this place. Do yourself a favour treat yourself better and find a better place.

For the owner: unless you start to make some changes... I can't recommend the place to anyone.
I'm dissapointed and i expected more for what i paid. And another thing. I am someone that can tollerate a lot of stuff. But this... hell no.

The location was really good for our purposes, but the place was definitely not what we expect. The place wasn't clean, there is no proper door or light for the bathroom (and the "door" that's there doesn't really close). The bed that's on the top was almost on the ceiling, which was full with spiderwebs...wouldnt recommend.
