Eine schöne Unterkunft für einen kleinen Berlin Trip
Pros:

Herr ENEV ist ein ausgezeichneter Gastgeber. Alles war sehr ordentlich. Schön das ein Balkon am Zimmer war . Und das Zimmer zum Hof also kein Straßenlärm. Und es gab kostenlos Kaffee. Die zentrale Lage nähe der Tram ist natürlich günstig. Ich komme gern wieder.

Pros:

Zaletą dużą obiektu jest lokalizacja - tylko 10 minut do Alexanderplatz. Obsługa, właściciel sympatyczny i uczynny. Sam pokój wyposażony bardzo skromnie, stare , brzydkie meble. Łazienki są delikatnie mówiąc "skromne" i niezbyt schludne. Zarówno pokój jak i łazienka mogły by być bardziej czyste. Parkowanie samochodu to miejsce na ulicy, płatne w parkomacie 2 Eu za 1 godz. Wnioski z opisu każdy niech sam wyciągnie, cena była dość przystępna 300zł za noc, ale chyba na przyszłość wolałbym coś nieco droższego z parkingiem na miejscu i wyższym standardem.

Cons:

Kilka dni przed wyjazdem byłem chory i próbowałem anulować rezerwację. W ofercie booking.com była gwarantowana anulata, bez jakichkolwiek kosztów, do 15 czerwca. Napisałem w południe 15 czerwca prośbę o anulowanie do właściciela obiektu, który odpisał mi, że jest już za późno !? Ponadto na osi czasu wyświetlanej na booking.com była ukazana możliwość anulowania do 15 czerwca (podświetlona na zielono) a brak możliwości anulowania (podświetlenie na czerwono) - dalej czyli do dnia przyjazdu 19 czerwca. Słowo "dzisiaj" zaznaczono na osi czasu strzałką w połowie czerwonego paska - to mnie oburza, bo było to dopiero południe 15 czerwca. O co tu chodzi ??

Der Gastgeber wahr sehr freundlich,hat uns alles gezeigt und erklärt. Kaffee und Tee waren kostenlos.Man konnte im Kühlschrank auch was rein tun.Saubere Bettwäsche und Handtücher gab es.

Cons:

Naja Sauberkeit wahr jetzt so mal so,es könnte im Bad etwas besser sein.aber jeder empfindet es anders.

I will not book again
Pros:

Nice area
Access to kitchen (tho only used it for tea and to store some food in the fridge)

It is very dirty!

Die Unterkunft war insgesamt eine der dreckigsten, die ich je hatte. Gastgeber aber sehr nett!

Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und die Mitbewohner rücksichtsvoll.

Cons:

Es war - abgesehen von meinem eigenen Zimmer - sehr dreckig. Küche und Bad waren wirklich schon lange nicht mehr geputzt worden und v. a. das Bad war sehr staubig.
