Lokalita, cca. 10min. od Alexanderplatz. Pizza, kebab a Aldi v okolí,

Cons:

Ubytování má skvělý potenciál, nicméně čistota při našem příjezdu bohužel neodpovídala očekávanému standardu. Prach na policích a zanedbaný stav kuchyně (lepkavé povrchy, drobky) i koupelny negativně ovlivnily celkový dojem z pobytu. Pevně věřím, že šlo o ojedinělé pochybení v úklidovém servisu, které bude do budoucna napraveno.

Pros:

Lage ist sehr gut. Einfache Handhabe mit Generalschlüssel.

Cons:

Die Hygiene in den Bädern und der Küche wirklich nicht akzeptabel. Alles ist voller Kalk, Staub, Flecken, etc. Ich fand es maximal unangenehm, mich dort aufzuhalten. In der Küche gibt es die Möglichkeit, Kaffe zuzubereiten… aber das Angebot konnte ich vor Ekel gar nicht annehmen. Ich war 2 Nächte dort, habe auch nur die Nächte und den frühen Morgen dort verbracht, weil ich nicht da sein wollte.
Wenn man seine private Wohnung als Hotel ausgibt und Menschen dort übernachten lässt, kann man ein Mindestmaß an Sauberkeit erwarten.

Era tutto perfetto e in ordine, il proprietario era un signore molto gentile ed educato, sempre disponibile a venirti incontro per ogni esigenza, molto gentile nel dare spiegazioni. La stanza era pulita e in ordine, il bagno e la cucina in comune in ordine e ben tenuti.

Quasi niente, forse se devo trovare un difetto è che non si capiva bene come fare la doccia perché c'erano troppe manopole, ma nulla di che
