Really good for the price. Clean and comfortable.
Pros:

It was comfortable and the room has a desk with a lamp and a big window which I found just perfect. I also didn't expect to be able to prepare my own coffee for free, it was really good.

Cons:

The kitchen is shared so there were times that other people were eating inside. Out of shyness I preferred to not go in until they were finished :)) so sometimes I had to wait a bit, but other than that it was quite good.

Pros:

Привітний господар, зручне місцерозташування, гарний парк поруч. На кухні є багато посуду і техніки. В кімнаті є все необхідне, матраси зручні. Перед поселенням можно було раніше залишити валізи в холі

Cons:

Єдине, що не сподобалось- чистота в ванній кімнаті і на кухні.

Redelijk voor 1 of 2 jachten, langer, no go.

Prima locatie.

Cons:

De hygiëne, vreselijk. Alsof er nooit wordt schoongemaakt. Geen wissel handdoeken. Vies sanitair.

如果不在意卫生，只是要歇脚追求价格便宜的可以尝试，但是不推荐给有卫生要求的人
Pros:

地理位置很不错，离车站还是很近的，管理员也比较有礼貌

Cons:

卫生实在是有点太糟糕了，洗手间厨房都是一层污垢，基本上没有怎么打扫的状态，我的床铺有至少六七根棕红色的头发，管理者给了我新的床单，我是自己换的，我觉得这也是让我觉得很费解，他们的卫生没有到位不应该由我动手

4 day trip to Berlin
Pros:

It is very close to the center, public transport stations are very close, there is a very beautiful park near the accommodation. It's quiet, pleasant and definitely worth the money! The hospitality of the host is exceptional, Zlatko is very kind and a great host! Would recommend to everyone
