Pros:

Все было замечательно. Приветливый персонал, готовый прийти на помощь в любое время. Очень чисто и уютно, оборудованная всем необходимым кухня. Легко добраться на трамвае до ждвокзала и достопримечательностей.

Cons:

Скорее пожелание, чем недостаток. Не хватало дозатора с мылом на раковине, что легко решилось гелем для душа.

Pros:

Die Vermieter waren sehr nett, Einchecken kein Problem, da diese persönlich vor Ort waren
Ausstattung war ok. Für 4 Personen war das Zimmer etwas knapp, aber da wir nur zum Schlafen dort waren für uns ok.

Cons:

Parkplätze fehlen, mussten ein bißchen suchen, das wir nachts ein Plätzchen gefunden haben.
Sonst alles ok

Pros:

Herrlich ruhig gelegen, zum Nahverkehr nur 5 Minuten. Die Gemeinschaftsküche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, Kaffee,Tee und viele Gewürze.
Nicht negativ aber zu bemerken ist, dass die Toilette für kräftig gebaute Gäste ein bisschen eng ist.

Super Unterkunft. Preisleistung hat gut gepasst.
Pros:

Dass sie eine Art Hostel ist, man die Küche nutzen kann und der anliegende Park auch sehr schön gemacht worden ist

Cons:

Teppich im Zimmer finde ich nicht so gut, war aber alles sauber

Pros:

Due to a changed flight we had to check-in at 1:00 AM. The host understood the situation and very friendly told us that there was no problem. We checked in at no extra cost with no issues. Host responds very fast.

The property is next to a Kaufland and a tram station which goes directly to the centre for 20 min so it's very convenient. I would absolutely stay here again if I'm back in the beautiful city is Dresden.

Sehr ruhig gelegenes, sauberes Zimmer. Bus- und Straßenbahnhaltestelle ganz in der Nähe. Dusche, Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Küche (!), Esszimmer (!) mit Klavier: top!! Matratze und TV: gut.
Preis - Leistungsverhältnis: unschlagbar.

Cons:

In unserem TV fehlte das ZDF. Ab der dritten Nacht machte die Heizung in den frühen Morgenstunden Geräusche.

Geheimtipp, kann man gerne empfehlen. Preis-Leistung ist ok.
Pros:

Etwas versteckt im Grünen gelegen, abseits vom Stadttrubel, aber durchaus verkehrsgünstig.
Das Haus ist wie eine kleine Villa, große Terrasse für alle, noch nicht ganz fertig. Die Zimmer sind liebevoll eingerichtet und ein sehr netter Gastgeber.
Große Gemeinschaftsküche mit allem, was man braucht und danebenliegendes großes Esszimmer für alle.
Ich komme bestimmt wieder.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind trotz der Akkustikpaneele an den Wänden sehr hellhörig.

Pros:

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, haben viele Tipps bekommen und und die Gastgeberfamilie war super hilfsbereit. Zimmer und Gemeinschaftsküche waren blitzeblank. Die Anlage ist von Grün umgeben und liegt in einem sehr ruhigen Stadtteil. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist super und auch ein Supermarkt um die Ecke.
Wir bedanken uns für den schönen Aufenthalt.
