Pros:

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, haben viele Tipps bekommen und und die Gastgeberfamilie war super hilfsbereit. Zimmer und Gemeinschaftsküche waren blitzeblank. Die Anlage ist von Grün umgeben und liegt in einem sehr ruhigen Stadtteil. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist super und auch ein Supermarkt um die Ecke.
Wir bedanken uns für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Sehr nette Vermieter, gut ausgestattete Gemeinschaftsküche. Sehr ruhig gelegen, aber trotzdem nur 5 Minuten zur Straßenbahn.

Für mich super, etwas versteckt von Hauptstraße, ist extrem ruhig , was sehr gut ist für Geschäftsreisenden, super zum Ruhigen schlafen, Parkplätze auf der Straße,

Perfekt im heißen Sommer
Pros:

Sehr nette Besitzer, sehr ruhig und ein bisschen kühler durch die vielen Bäume und den Bach.Sauber.
Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche.
Die Betten sind bequem. Eine süße verwunschene Willa.

Cons:

Alles super. Es ist halt nicht so modern.

It is quite affordable and quiet as it is a bit far away from the city center.

Cons:

There is mold in the bathroom and it is a bit far away from the center. I wish the landlord would pay more attention to cleanliness. It might be fine for just a night or two, but long-term exposure to mold is bad for one's health.

Pros:

We received a very warm welcome. We were pleasantly surprised by the quiet and beautiful natural surroundings. Our room stayed nice and cool despite the 36 degree weather. The room was comfortable. We enjoyed the dining area with view on the park. The full (shared) kitchen was an added bonus. There was plenty of free parking nearby and the tram was a 10 minute walk away with a 30 minute tram ride into town (approx). Everything was clean. The price/quality was excellent.

Nothing.

Ein toller Aufenthalt. Supernetter Empfang. Die Unterkunft ist zu 100% weiter zu empfehlen!!!
Pros:

W.I.P. ist eine tolle Unterkunft, die Lage ist super. Fußläufig ca. 8 Min, zur Straßenbahn. Der Empfang war total nett. Die Zimmer sind von der Größe her ausreichend, ebenso wie das Bad. Die Ausstattung ist für das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis wirklich gut. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und mit einer total kuscheligen Bettwäsche ausgestattet. Es gibt eine gut ausgestattete Gemeinschaftsküche in der man sich selber verpflegen kann, wenn man das möchte. Wir hätten wir es mit keinem Hotel besser treffen können!!!

Pros:

スタッフが親切で、洗濯物の乾燥についてどうしようか悩んでいたが、無料で施設の乾燥機を使ってやってくれた。
スーパーが近くに２つあるのは良い。
網戸がついた窓があったのはここだけ。暑いときのため扇風機も天井についていた。

Cons:

テアタープラッツまでトラムで２３分ほどかかるし、夜になると極端に本数が減る。便利さを求める人には不向きかも。

Overall good with missing parking places
Pros:

Only 10 minute drive from old city center. You can cook and store your food in shared kitchen. Lots of tree in the background and tiny pond. Clean and everything of need was provided.

Cons:

Property have enough space but Parkplatz is missing so you need to park on the street.

Also there is a construction going on near the entrance so you can't bring car inside to drop and load luggage.
That means you will need to drag all the way from street to the hotel. It can be difficult if you have heavy baggage.
