Chambre très grande, propre et accueil sympathique. Possibilité de se garer dans la rue.

Ottimo posto per visitare Madrid
Pros:

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Zona tranquilla vicino alla fermata della metro (5 fermate dal centro). Il proprietario disponibile e cordiale, appartamento spazioso e pulitissimo (la camera viene pulita e riordinata tutti i giorni). Non c'è aria condizionata ma con il ventilatore che avevamo a disposizione non abbiamo sofferto il caldo.

Habitación limpia y cómoda para dormir. Personal amable. Lo mejor la calidad - precio.

La ubicación, pero lo bueno es que hay metro muy próximo que te lleva al mismo centro.

Estaba limpio

Cons:

Teníamos una reserva de jueves a domingo y ampliamos al lunes. Realizamos el pago de la noche del domingo al lunes, y el viernes nos llamó el propietario para comunicarnos que al final no estaba disponible, teniendo que buscarnos la vida por nuestra cuenta a última hora. La ubicación está cerca del centro pero el barrio se siente inseguro por la noche

Una habitacion amplia y bien equipada en la que pernoctar en la zona sur de Madrid.
Pros:

La habitacion es amplia con cama grande, escritorio, zona de estar con sofa y TV de pantalla plana. Se hace limpieza diaria del cuarto. El bano es tipo ensuite con plato ducha grande y agua caliente abundante. Hay calefaccion. Dos ventanas a calle tranquila que aportan suficiente luz natural, buena iluminacion artificial en todos los espacios de la habitacion. Estas en edificio bajo la zona de residencia de los propietarios. Tranquilidad y seguridad, respeto absoluto a tu privacidad. Muy amables al recibirte. Esta a unos cinco minutos andando de metro Portazgo, cerca del estadio del Rayo Vallecano.

Cons:

Tal vez reforzaria la senalizacion del apartamento para facilitar su localizacion.

Bardzo duży pokój, świetnie wyposażony (włącznie z wodą butelkowaną, herbatą i kawą). Bardzo pomocni właściciele. Dodatkowo była możliwość pozostawiania bagażu po wymeldowaniu się.

Cons:

Lokalizacja jest co prawda blisko metra, ale okolica nie zachęca do spacerów wieczorem.
