Pros:

Bardzo duży pokój, świetnie wyposażony (włącznie z wodą butelkowaną, herbatą i kawą). Bardzo pomocni właściciele. Dodatkowo była możliwość pozostawiania bagażu po wymeldowaniu się.

Cons:

Lokalizacja jest co prawda blisko metra, ale okolica nie zachęca do spacerów wieczorem.

Apartamento genial, el personal super amables,simpáticos y agradables.

Cons:

Quizás por buscar un pero la distancia al centro, pero las comunicaciones con los transportes es buenísima.

Konforlu ve huzurlu bir konaklama.
Pros:

Oda çok temizdi. İhtiyacımız olan her şey vardı. Her gün odamız temizleniyordu ve ikram ettikleri çay kahve bittiğinde bile yeniliyorlardı. Ev sahibi çok yardımseverdi. Bize şehirde gezebileceğimiz yerleri önerdi. Saat kaçta yazarsam yazayım yardımcı oldu. Oda fotoğraflardan daha güzel. Ayrıca metroya yürüyerek 5 dakika. Metroyla da şehir merkezine 15 dakikada varıyorsunuz. Konaklamak için ideal. Annemle birlikte çok memnun kaldık. Herkese tavsiye ederim.

Pros:

Camera davvero accogliente e ben organizzata. La stanza era sempre pulita e ordinata, rassettata ogni mattina con attenzione. Il padrone di casa si è dimostrato molto cordiale e disponibile: ci ha permesso di effettuare il check-in alle 22:30 e, una volta scoperto che abitava al piano di sopra, è stato anche così gentile da offrirci due bottiglie d’acqua e una cartina della città.
La camera era completa di tutti i comfort: TV, Wi-Fi molto veloce, bollitore con tè, tisane, caffè istantaneo con bicchieri cambiati ogni mattina, e biscotti offerti. Il letto era davvero comodo e l’arredamento curato, con divano e tavolino che rendevano l’ambiente ancora più piacevole. Il riscaldamento era molto potente, forse anche un po’ troppo.
Ottima anche la posizione: quartiere tranquillo, ricco di locali, negozi e supermercati, con la fermata della metro a circa 10/13 minuti a piedi. Il bagno, ampio e ben accessoriato, disponeva di saponi, phon, una doccia spaziosa e acqua sempre ben calda.

Cons:

Se proprio si vuole trovare un piccolo difetto, manca un mini frigo, ma nel nostro caso non è stato un problema.

Great overnight stay!
Pros:

Everything was great!
I had messaged to say that our flight landed earlier than check in time, and was informed that if the room was ready we could check in, if not, we could leave our cases there until the room was ready.
The room was spacious and very clean. It was nice and warm. There were Nescafé sachets, and a variety of different types of tea bags.
The lady who greeted us was friendly. Unfortunately we don't speak much Spanish, so we got by on Google translate. She made everything clear to us.
It's close to Portazgo Metro.
It's a great place to stay. We will definitely return if ever we're in Madrid again.

Très bien sauf le bruit
Pros:

La chambre est grande, fonctionnelle et très propre. La literie est confortable.
Notre hôte a été charmante et arrangeante pour les bagages.
Ce n'est pas loin du métro et de la ligne qui amène au centre.

Cons:

Le bruit. Si la rue est relativement calme, la chambre est mal insonorisée et on entend tout. Les gens qui ouvrent et ferment les portes, le moindre bruit au dessus ou à côté. Tout raisonne. C'est vraiment dommage car c'est le seul point négatif qui a écourté nos nuits.

Pros:

La habitación está bien equipada. Había incluso café y agua.

Cons:

Si te mueves en metro hay que caminar unos 10 minutos para la estación cercana. En las noches, cerca a al estación hay muchos bares y el ambiente parece algo movido sin llegar a ser peligroso.
