Cozy attic studio for a short term stay
Pros:

Apartment is nice and cozy overall, but I would say it is a good option rather for a short term stay. There is elevator in the building which is a big plus.
There is enough sleeping space for 3-4 people. And the apartment is spacious enough.
Location is very good as well as the connection with the public transport.
For those travelling with kids - there is a really nice park nearby.

Cons:

Without a/c and under the roof it becomes really hot and stuffy in sunny weather. There is a ventilator but you need to keep it close to yourself to feel freshness )
Even though the kitchen basically has everything needed, it is very small.
Not enough space to store bought products, as well as clothes.
Taking shower in front of a window behind the small curtains is out of comfort game, but I suppose the neighbours in the nearby buildings do not watch abd care anymore :D

Einfach perfekt, wenn man ruhig und angenehm wohnen möchte
Pros:

Das Loft hat eine ideale Lage in einem ruhigen Viertel, 30 Schritte zur U-Bahn und zum Bus. Es sehr groß, hell, bequem und charmant eingerichtet. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet und auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt zu empfehlen. Wir waren nur eine Woche zu Besuch, werden aber beim nächsten Mal sicher wieder hier wohnen wollen. Besonders gut gefallen hat mir der große Raum mit den tollen Dachfenstern auf allen Seiten und die überaus komfortable und unkonventionelle riesige Dusche. vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder

Cons:

Der Schlüsselsafe war ein wenig schwierig zu öffnen, wir haben aber sofort telefonische Unterstützung erhalten.

Loved the quirkiness!
It was huge and comfortable. I took the bed and daughter slept on the futon.

Highly recommend it, it's unique!
Pros:

The deco and the style of the apartment. Was very nice and different to a typical unit. The location is excellent also.
