Ho sperimentato per la prima volta in vita mia il significato di IPOTERMIA.
Pros:

Dal centro di Lugano bisogna salir su per 1,3 km di PURI QUADRICIPITI E BICIPITI FEMORALI. Equivalgono a ore e ore di Tapis Roulant e/o Cyclette. Un solo viaggio di andata serve a smaltire 15.000 kcal e perdere almeno 3 kg.

Cons:

Cos'è il genio. Si fa prima a cambiare gli infissi e metterne di nuovi che farebbero alzare la classe energetica dello stabile, piuttosto che lasciare acceso un calorifero h24 che non riscalda assolutamente NULLA. Sale soltanto la bolletta. Ma io che ne capisco di economia, fesso io. Ho sperimentato per la prima volta il significato di IPOTERMIA in vita mia. Belli i capelli lasciati su una mostrina di una porta da qualcuno, ogni tanto fategli le mesh magari, o piastrateli, l'umidità li fa arricciare.

juste suffisant pour le prix, pas adapté pour un séjour de plus d'une nuit.
Pros:

chambre accessible à toute heure, en toute autonomie. Explications fournies par whatsapp (vidéos) pour l'accès à la clé et à la chambre très claires.

Cons:

finitions, mobilier général et propreté de la chambre limites, nécessite une remise à neuf. Pas de store ou de rideaux suffisant à couper la lumière du jour, désagréable tôt le matin. Salle de bains communautaire, pas pratique en cas de besoin urgent lorsque d'autres locataires l'utilisent.
Pas de service de petit-déjeuner. Ok pour une escale d'une nuit, mais pas plus.
