Everything! pandu and Zubair looked after us brilliantly and James and his friends and others guests made our stay so special. We shared a dinner one evening which was a real highlight of our time in Mumbai! The location was lovely and convenient for our needs.

The personnel was super kind and always available. I arrived in the middle of the night and they made sure I was resting. Very nice breakfast.

Ferreira House is so much more than a beautiful place to stay. It is a truly special home with a soul, a unique character, and an atmosphere that makes you feel welcome from the very first moment. The interior is absolutely beautiful. Every detail feels thoughtful, personal, and full of character. There is something incredibly charming about this place that is difficult to put into words. It feels like stepping into a different world, while somehow feeling completely at home. But what makes Ferreira House truly unforgettable is its people. James has created something very special here. The way he welcomes his guests, how open and approachable he is, and how naturally he makes everyone feel included is remarkable. You don’t feel like just another guest staying at a property. You feel genuinely welcome in someone’s home. The staff are equally wonderful. Pandu, Zubair and Priyanka deserve a special mention for their kindness, attentiveness, and willingness to help with anything you might need. They are always available, always responsive, and always ready to make your stay as comfortable as possible. That kind of care makes such a difference. I am incredibly grateful to James and the whole team for creating such a welcoming, beautiful, and genuinely warm environment. Places like this are rare because their magic comes not only from the interiors or the architecture, but from the people and the spirit they bring into the space.

Quelle chance de loger ici !!!! On a adoré la maison la déco le quartier!! Petite structure ravissante et un accueil charmant ... pas loin de tout. Joli quartier très paisible. Merci à John et la gentillesse de tous.si nous revenons à bombay nous logerons de nouveau ici sans hésitation et avec plaisir , c'est une vraie bonne adresse

It is the best homestay u could find in chaotic Mumbai. It's like living a an art house . The host was amazing and so we're the staff. You need to stay here once to experience history.

The neighborhood itself is very rich in history. James’ house has a nice decor both inside and outside.

Eine kleine Ruhe Oase mitten in Mumbai. James und sein Team sind sehr herzlich. Frühstück war super lecker. Ich hab mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke.
