Great location and I would definitely stay here again!
Pros:

The location is sensational. It is in a really cute little area literally stone’s throw to the canal and the lovely little stalls at night. It is very charming. They upgraded me to a bigger room with a bath. It was great value. I have been staying at sterile business hotels my whole trip, it was a nice change and more homely for the 3 nights I stayed. They have a fabulous roof Terrace, I imagine in the nice weather it is very nice.

Cons:

Breakfast was a little bit underwhelming (I missed it on the first day because they did not tell me what time) and for me the Wi-Fi did not work. But I think this is quite common in China with my experience. The staff were helpful but not the most accomodating (some were more friendly than others). Despite this, I would stay here again as it was very good value for money and much nicer than a big hotel.

It’s a very chill and serene area
Pros:

The location is great, right by the river with many shops and beautiful lanterns at night. It’s a very chill and serene area if you take time to explore the neighborhood. The room is spacious yet cozy. I wish I could have stayed longer. The staff don’t speak much English, but they are very kind and always try their best to help with anything I need.
