La situacion todo alrededor el aparcamiento es zona azul

Pulizia scarsissima, muffa OVUNQUE in camera su tutto il soffitto e in bagno. Infatti l’appartamento non ha un odore gradevole. Danno una sola salvietta ad ospite, troppo piccola per asciugarsi dalla doccia (una di queste era anche sporca o macchiata). Le lenzuola sono così vecchie che sono piene di pallini e davvero scomode da dormirci dentro. La struttura è abbastanza facile da trovare ma per capire quali erano le nostre chiavi/la nostra porta ci abbiamo messo 10 minuti. Non c’è un armadio, solo 2 appendini accanto alla porta. La cappa non funziona e il doccino è da cambiare, tutto otturato. Il lavandino della cucina è così piccolo che non ci sta nemmeno un piatto dentro

Muy pequeño, sin terminar, cosas para cocinar, cuando no hay ni cocina. La presión del agua nula.
No era nada cómodo. Y escuché todo lo que hacía las otras habitaciones. Se veía por la puerta la claridad del pasillo . Vamos , un piso echo trizas en habitaciones. La de enfrente como si de un garaje , con portón .. vaya ruido cuando se abría . Y lo dicho muy mal , he pagado menos por una habitación mejor. No repetiré jamás .

Some maintenance issues need addressed but the host was going to get them fixed. Toilet ran all night and one window wouldn't lock closed so let the cold night air in all night.

Overall, the stay was fine, but there are a few small things that could be improved to make it more comfortable for guests.

There are no cups for tea or coffee. We used a glass instead, but it cracked when hot water was poured into it, so proper cups would be helpful.

In the bathroom, there is no place to hang towels to dry, and it is also difficult to hang clothes.

Part of the bathroom wall is just unfinished plaster, which makes it look as if the renovation has not yet been completed.

The toilet tank seems to leak slightly and produces a constant sound, which can make it harder to sleep.

There is only one hanger for trousers in the wardrobe; having two would be more convenient.

There is a frying pan and a pot available, but there is no electric stove in the room, so it might be helpful to clarify how these can be used.

I first received a short instruction via Booking.com, but later a longer one was sent through WhatsApp. As I do not normally use WhatsApp while traveling, it might be easier for guests if all instructions are sent in advance through Booking.com.

The shower also drains quite slowly.

These are relatively small issues, but addressing them would make the stay more comfortable for future guests.

There were a couple of maintenance issues. The host did respond saying they would be addressed. We were only there for the one night.
