Casa bonita pero desagradable
Pros:

El entorno, a pocos metros hay rutas de senderismo con paisajes verdes muy bonitos.
El hijo del dueño era amable.
La habitacion era grande y cama comoda aunque le faltaba limpieza.

Cons:

La limpieza en la cocina y zonas comunes brillaba por su ausencia y no se pudo utilizar. El olor que desprendía el perro, bastante desagradable e insoportable, que deberían haber avisado de ello. En general la casa necesita una buena mano de pintura y LIMPIEZA. Nunca he vivido una situación parecida. No recomendable

Pros:

Zona libre para aparcar si te mueves en coche

Cons:

La higiene deja mucho que desear, las habitaciones no están insonorizadas, las zonas comunes ocupadas, se escuchan los aviones al aterrizar y despegar. Por este precio no se puede ir a un sitio en el que sólo tengas una pastilla de jabón en el baño, toallas pequeñas y con manchas de lejía, telarañas en la habitación y una cocina muy sucia.

Buena ubicación pero falta de higiene
Pros:

La ubicación, no está céntrico pero se puede ir caminando al centro y aparcar fácilmente. El entorno es agradable. Josetxo da buenas recomendaciones.

Cons:

La higiene, tanto de la casa como de la habitación y el baño, dejaba que desear: las sábanas, toallas, el baño, las paredes... le hace falta una limpieza a fondo y mantenimiento (había cosas rotas como las lamparitas o el grifo de la ducha). Realmente este punto nos decepcionó, no nos llegamos a sentir cómodos y esperábamos unos mínimos de limpieza que no se cumplieron.

Pros:

La ubicación está muy bien, a las afueras del centro en un barrio tranquilo con las tiendas típicas de un pueblo, fácil aparcamiento. Josetxu muy amable en todo momento, muy atento recomendando lugares para comer, visitar y tal. Muy bien!

Cons:

Lo único a mejorar sería la limpieza. La habitación y sábanas limpias y ordenadas pero si que podría haber un poco más de cuidado en las paredes y techos y zonas comunes. Por lo demás, todo correcto.

Friendly host, but tatty establishment
Pros:

The host was very friendly and helpful. He shared a lot of information about surrounding places to visit.

Cons:

The establishment needs maintenance. The room is small - an enormous built in cupboard runs the full length of the room and is unnecessary. The shared bathroom is not cleaned everyday. There is a sewerage smell emanating from the bathroom. It would be difficult to use this establishment is you do not have your own transport - it's in the suburbs.

Amazing, beautiful stay with kind host
Pros:

Josetxo is the most amazing, welcoming, caring host I have ever had. He sat down with us for an hour when we checked in to give us recommendations and learn about us and we shared stories even with my limited Spanish. The home is clean, quiet, and extremely comfortable. A perfect tranquil place away from the chaos. The best part is the host, Josetxo. I would recommend this place to anyone hoping to have a true Basque experience in a beautiful place.
