Maria è stata gentile e disponibilissima, la stanza molto spaziosa e il letto molto comodo. Il bagno pulitissimo. Mini frigo in camera veramente comodo. Piena organizzazione da parte di Maria, che è stata molto gentile a spiegare le regole della casa. Tutto perfetto!

A great welcome with a bottle of water which was needed. Eventhough there was a language barrier I believe we got there with everything. The price of the room was amazing which allowed me to explore benidorm with friends which I thank very much. Eventhough I wasn't the best guest as I lost my hotel keys in which I'm still very sorry for. Maria sorted me out with new keys and checked if I was okay as I'd been worried all day. Which is above and beyond. Also really liked the shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided they were really good. Also the bed was firm and the room was quirky which I like. Her dogs were really cute too.

Nice and comfortable room. The landlady is professionnal and makes many efforts to communicate and answer to questions. She makes sure the rules are clear and she is very well organized. She's used to welcoming people.
The landlady smokes regularly and the smell can come to the room and is in the kitchen. I am particularly sensitive to cigarettes so it was annoying. The other guest did not communicate at all with me. One night I woke up and the door of the apartment was open (3 a.m.) so I felt unsafe. You can not lock the door of the room but you can lock your stuff in the furniture. Only a capsul of coffe per day is offered for breakfast.
Everything was fabulous. Near to everything I wanted to see by walk. Maria Jose is very nice and I felt very very good in this room. Thank you for letting me stay💗
