Pros:

The bed was comfortable, the room was warm, towel and shower gel provided. Host gave us all info on arrival, it's decent for the price.

Cons:

Distance from the centre, but the rain may have had something to do with that.

The host was very kind and welcoming, she went out of her way to provide me a towel and bring me the space heater. Private area with a key felt secure and comfortable.

Owner very grumpy and unwelcoming, check in available from 2pm to 10pm I arrive at 4pm and you tell me to hurry up because you have to go away, also I chose this flat for the kitchen and although everything was working I was denied the use, having to go out to eat and spend more money, I ask to leave the flat to find another one with the kitchen and I denies me .... Cleanliness of the house really leaves something to be desired...the most terrible experience since I've been using booking...if you have to stay in Valencia avoid this establishment

Location was good.

Cons:

Soap and toilet paper supply was poor. Access was initially a problem. Instructions need to be clearer, in English please, and keys were not easy to use.

It served my purpose but wasn’t happy about walking up and down the road for an hour trying to find the place and to mak

Was somewhere to sleep the lady that lived didn’t speak much English and never come out of her room

Cons:

The room was next to the main road so very noisy and couldn’t find the place as there’s no signs for Avenue rooms it was a flat I had to buzz the intercom to get in
