De persoonlijke touch van de eigenaren. Ze behandelden mij als een familielid dat op bezoek kwam. Heel hartelijk, niets was te veel, al mijn vragen en wensen werden ingewilligd. Het was ook prettig dat na hele lange tijd niet in Indonesië te zijn geweest er bij aankomst in Jogyakarta twee vriendelijk lachende mensen op me stonden te wachten om de autorit van anderhalf uur naar Magelang te maken.
Er was niets dat me niet beviel. Het is basic maar schoon en netjes, er is ac, handdoeken en toiletpapier aanwezig. Koffie/thee/suiker ook. Er is een keuken waar je zelf iets kunt opwarmen of water koken. Zelf had ik veel plezier van mijn waterkokertje en haardroger.
Ottima posizione, buona la prima impressione (l’esterno è molto carino con i divetti e le piante); la signora è stata super gentile, ci ha anche offerto caffè e dolcetti tradizionali al mattino.
La camera, ma in generale la struttura, è molto basic ed essenziale; letto scomodo, condizionatore molto rumoroso, no acqua calda, pulizia da rivedere.

Borobudur temple is 10 mininutes walk . Local Market is very near Shops are very near. Bank teller to withdraw 5 minutes walk.
Surrounding is very quiet and less noise from traffic. Your are living in a village environment
As we arrived from airport the lady in-charge of the place took us to the local market for us to buy the provisions. We had separate cooking facilities . Lady in-charge arrange a English speaking driver to pick up from the airport and do other guide work from him finally he dropped us back to the airport on our return. He was very knowledgeable and helpful.
Have to be prepared for mosquitos. Wi fi is weak in the room and you have to come out to outside sitting area.

Nothing
If you want to visit the temple and watch the sunrise early morning, it‘s a good place to stay. There are shops and restaurants within walking distance. The staff are very friendly and helpful, they helped me find a transportation back to Yogyakarta because I could not get a Grab from there. Just be aware the most guided tours start from Yogyakarta, so you will pay the way to Borobudur and back, although you are already on the spot.

Great location, very lovely staff, very clean and comfortable, safe and peaceful.....loved all the plants and enjoyed spending time in the courtyard.
Wifi in the room would have been a bonus but not essential.

The two ladies who run the guesthouse keep everything in ship shape, all while offering guests genuine smiles and sincere hospitality. I fell into conversation with Yuni the night I had arrived, and it ended up in her taking me on a spontaneous mini food tour on her motorbike. Knowing that I wanted to try less well-known local dishes, she went to the market the next morning to get me food that I wouldn't have been able to find by myself. It was a complete surprise and a lovely gesture which made me feel very touched. While that was the highlight of my short stay, the room smelled fresh and was spotlessly clean, the bed was firm, the shower was hot, and air-conditioning was cold. Drinking water was provided, and you can borrow their bicycles at no extra cost. It's also within walking distance of Borobudur and very near the bus station.
The Wi-Fi in my room erred on the weak side and the connection had dropped several times.
Excellent place to say, super quiet and owner so lovely. She went above and beyond to get a ticket for the borobudur temple for as they were sold out for days in advance.
My room was lovely and clean, i had everything i needed.

The location is excellent , less than 5 mins walk to bus terminal for buses going to airport YIA or Yogyakarta ,15 mins walk to Candi Borobudur .The lady owner speak good English and give very good advice on travel ,in fact she is so good that I recommend anyone going to Borobudur for tickets and tours for temples and other places . Oh she cook excellent breakfast too with small cost.
The place surrounding has mosquitoes so make sure you have window close. The room furnishing is dated but in process of up grading room by room , room and toilet are very clean however .
Such a special place we were made to feel so welcome with coffee and snacks on arrival and for breakfast. 😀😀😀
