Nice location, clean beds, nice host family
Pros:

Amazing Location and very nice host family. The guest house is tucked in the back so, you get a nice jungle forest view.
hot water, tea, coffee are included.

Pros:

J’ai beaucoup aimé l’ambiance, le fait d’être dans un endroit calme et reposant en plus d’être bien situé en ville

Cons:

Dans la chambre il y avait pleins de fourmis. J’ai trouvé un cafard dans la salle de bain et le logement n’est absolument pas propre
De plus il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude

Pros:

- Просторное патио. Тихо. Как в деревне.
- Полотенце, бумага в номере.
- Утром было приятно обнаружить на уличном столике термос с горячей водой и чашку для чая.
- Камера видеонаблюдения на входе в бунгало.
- Розетка рядом с кроватью.
- Можно забронировать любое приключение прямо на месте.
- Прекрасная цена за ночь (если есть где помыться в другом месте и не очень чуткий нос).
- Располагается в самом центре.

Cons:

- Нет горячей воды.
- Душ только так называется. Под тремя криво текущими струями мыться сложно. Можно сказать душа нет. Я мылась шлангом для биде. Благо он работал нормально.
- Сама душевая грязная.
- Нет кондиционера.
- Фен был в черном слое пыли, так что я его не включала.
- Постельное воняет плесенью.
- Одеяло было в жутких окатышках, поэтому на ощупь было шершавым и неприятным.
- Голуби в клетках напротив моего номера громко шумели (горлопанили что-то без остановки).

Just really really great! Clear recommendation!
Pros:

I really loved staying in Patra House. The Guest House owner is really friendly and even upgrated me to a nicer room. The room has such a beautiful view and is really quiet. Still it is in the very center of Ubud.
Also the bathroom is much nicer compared to the ones I have seen so far.
Also there is free coffee & tea in the morning.

A clear recommendation for everyone from my side!
