I love this property have stayed here many times. It’s a small family owned hotel with lovely owners. Nice large clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Centrally located but set back from the main road so it is quiet.

The host is very friendly.
The pool is clean.
The shower room need more tidying.
The accommodation is in a central location but in an inner court, therefore it is very quiet. I slept very well due to silence and comfortable matress.
Cleanliness could be improved. The bedsheets were dirty and after notification to the owner they were replaced immediately (thanks!). I found hairs in the bathroom. And I saw a rat running next to the swimmingpool.
Everything. Great value for money and friendly family and staff. Highly recommend staying here. The room was very clean and location close to everything. Will definitely be staying here again.

Spacious rooms, nice little pool, super friendly host.
Also close to the beach, shops and many restaurants (also close to Legian Food Court).
There is a window between hallway and bathroom (close to the ceiling). You can't see through it but can hear everything. As the bathroom door is also half open, you can hear outside sounds quite loud.

Very reasonable price. Tea coffee fridge Lovely pool. Close to Legian shops etc. Lovely owner couple Agus and Agung.
The room had carved windows with no insect netting. Probably better if it did. Also aircon can escape so probably better to close it up a bit.
A great place to stay! It’s in the heart of the area, so close to everything yet it is so quiet there! Owners are very helpful, understanding and just simply lovely people.
