The owners of the property are remarkably kind and accommodating and helpful, and made us feel completely at home. The room was excellent and met our needs perfectly, and the location is very central, but also quiet because it is set back from the street. It was an exceptional value for the price that we paid.

The location is great and Deko is friendly and helpful.
Kamer, terras en keuken prima. Bed iets aan de harde kant. Zag er allemaal schoon uit. Licht in doucheruimte matig.
Helaas wordt pal naast de kamer een nieuw huis gebouwd. Zijn daarom eerder weggegaan vanwege de bouwherrie. Excuses van de eigenaren en kregen de niet gebruikte dagen terug. ‘S nachts wel lawaaierig door hondengeblaf en kindergehuil. Accommodatie is erg gehorig.
La casa es muy cálida y confortable. Mantiene el diseño y estructura tradiciones de Bali. Sí bien está en el centro, no se escuchan ruidos de la calle. La ubicación es muy buena y la atención de los anfitriones es excelente.

Very good location and excellent hosts. Near ubud centre but in a quiet street. Lots of shops and food places around. Deko is a very good host and was very responsive. Provided new towels and toilet paper as we needed and also offered room cleaning every day. The room that we booked was the one in corner with a kitchennette and did feel quite private. There's also a table in the room which wasn't in some of the photos which was a welcome addition.
The bathroom and toilet don't really have proper ventilation so it stays wet after use. There's also a bit of a smell which comes from the bathroom due to the above. I would suggest installing an exhaust fan to help with this. There's also some construction happening in front of the room we booked, we were out for most of the day so it didn't really affect us. Room was also a bit dark despite the lights.

Comfy, large room with well-equipped kitchenette. Well-located in central ubud.
The room wasn’t cleaned during our 5 nights which was not a huge problem but we did need to use a dustpan and brush that was round the corner from the kitchenette to sweep our room. The bedsheets had some marks and stains.
I stayed on this property during August for a full month. The location of the house is very good. It is in walking distance from the Royal Palace, Ubud market and many restaurants. It is a room on the backside of a multi-generational family compound. It has some distance from the road, hence it is a little quieter. The room is clean and is maintained regularly. A/C is strong. Hot water shower pressure is very good. The host and host family are very friendly and helpful. They go out of way to make my stay pleasant.
Stunning place to stay! Deko and Kadek are such a lovely family with sweet children. The location was perfect and I felt very safe travelling solo with their lovely extended family living on the property. The room was extremely comfortable and clean, as was the bathroom. I loved sitting on the balcony and having my morning fruit and coffee!
Only thing I would like is stronger lighting in the room :)

Super friendly owner who really does his best to make it as comfortable as possible. Unfortunately we only booked 1 day but if I knew it was this nice we would definitely have booked longer here!
