Good position for the Persingan or Rinjani trip, very friendly and helpful staff.
Only cold water and the shower was not working. Also, what we didn’t know is that they close the water during the night, which wasn’t a nice surprise as we planned a trip starting at 3am and had no water to properly wash ourselves and no flushing toilet water either. Poor breakfast consisting is either nasi goreng or eggs (no toast, bacon etc.) and coffee. No soap or shampoo, no refrigerator.

Love this place.
Sometimes the staff was a bit difficult to find, but given the size of the place, I understand that they couldn't always be at the front desk.
Nice little place outside of the main town, with a great view of the surrounding mountains. Staff were helpful, were able to rent a motorbike from them. Inculded breakfast was good and available until a decent time. From here we were able to climb Pergasingan hills which was beautiful.
Basic room didnt have hot water, we asked to be upgraded and staff were able to help

It was completely dirty, the sheets were full of dust the floor as well, its really old, the shower its freezing, and there is no space to have it, you have to sit down to have it and then empty the dirty water. It’s definitely too expensive for what it is.
We had such a wonderful time at this place. The people were so lovely and the nasi goreng as breakfast was so good!

shower was cold
Close to taman nasional rinjani for hiking. Just walking distance. Breakfast also good. The staff easy to deal and room confort enough for a short stay. Recommended.
Shower head water flow was slow. But got water tank.. so its bearable. Can meet basic need. No worries!
The staff were really helpful and the location was great. Breakfast was good and the grounds were lovely!
There were a lot of ants around that came into the room and the bathroom was very small and hard to have a shower in.

Very old and shabby rooms. Not many food options, taste is not good. My shoe got eaten by a dog, so be careful with leaving stuff ourside.
Location was good. Reception staff were caring and helpful.
Standard room does not have hot water but this is not clearly listed on the post. It’s pretty cold here compared to the rest of Lombok so you’re probably going to want a hot shower. Breakfast was also quite small, we left hungry.
