Absolute value for money. Would stay again.
Pros:

Nice family owned Homestay who are friendly. Nice and Quiet. Nice pool that is cool and refreshing. The rooms were large and very clean. They have air con, flat screen TV with English speaking channels and a mini fridge. There is also a book exchange and comfortable reading area on the property. Convenience shops and warungs a short walk away as well as the beach.

Cons:

After an initial mix up with my booking which was rectified the next day, i could relax. Minor inconveniences such as the mini fridge motor too loud and the flatscreen TV being an OG flatscreen of poor quality. The pool could do with a handrail.

The location was good, the breakfast was delicious.
Pros:

We were unlucky to get room #3 on the ground floor, it was in the corner of the building with no view so it was dark and wet. I felt uncomfortable there. Other rooms are also modest but they are more sunny and dry. In general the hotel is not bad, it has good price and good breakfast. The pool also looks nice but we didn't use it. 10 minutes walk to the beach with water-sport activities, so we went to another beach a bit far away but calm. Th property is quite good for its price

Établissement très correct pour une nuit

Cons:

Chambre qui sent très fortement l’humidité. Un client a décidé de hurler toute la nuit, après avoir bu beaucoup d’alcool, le personnel n’a rien fait pour le faire taire.
